Don’t contract for this place! Ran by two ball breakers who curse at you and don’t explain what they want for services.

Overall it was an okay experience. Parked on street and checked in. Security guard was nice. Got door at 5:15 for 6am appointment. Paid lumper at 7:12. You stay in your truck and wait for bills. Around that time they assigned someone else my door. After I finally found someone to talk to they said to stay in the door and they would bring me my bills. That is really my only complaint. There's a mad truck driver waiting for this door and they are not done with me. So I'm not sure why he was assigned this door (7:50 at time of posting and still waiting on bills)

7am appointment, and its 11am and still havent been touched.
Im in jeopardy of losing all my backhauls at this point, and probably will.
The only plus side is street parking if you want to get here the night b4.

They rush you to make the lumper payment with this fancy app and a bunch of text messages, but then they take forever to give you the signed bills. How long does it take to count 10 pallets? Not even a full load.
Called also receiving on ext 4 couple of times. Nobody bothers to pick up the phone.
About to miss my next appointment because of this 🤬🤬🤬

6am delivery appt. Arrived at 5am. Guard said they didn't want anybody checking in before 5:30 and be sitting around for an hour waiting...understandable.
-Told me I could wait out front with the other drivers, and I was 3rd in line. 5:30 came around and the other drivers weren't paying attention so the guard said to go ahead and come on in to check in.
-was given a door and as I was parking, who i can only assume was the unloader, came out to get the paperwork.
-on the door by 6:05
-done by 7:15
-BOL's in hand by 8:15
Plenty of space for maneuvering and getting on the door!

Street Parking. Loves/Bridgeton MO 9 miles away, Loves/Saint Louis MO 11 miles away.
This place opens at 6:00am on the dot, (YOU CAN ONLY ARRIVE AN HOUR EARLY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME)the guard shack will check you in and give you the breakdown. Then depending if you show up at the gate around 6am they will give you a door or you’ll have to wait for a certain door to open up again.
Once you’re in your door call the number on the check in sheet and through text message you’ll have to answer some questions needed for the office. When you’re done walk over to office, up the little ramp stairs.
I arrived at 7pm a day before my 6am appointment, checked in at 6am the next day. Took two hours and 50 mins to unload me. In a few minutes got a call and text saying to come and get paperwork.
2nd Time Here: Arrived at 6am, for 8am appointment. Was told to come back at 7am, Came back at 7am and got paperwork back at 11:40am. I spent a total of 4 hours and 40 mins here. (Lumper fee was 606.00)

This place is changing their ways for the better !!!! There is a new lumper manager here named Russell. A very polite young man who recognizes trucker's time is important.
He is changing things to get trucks in and out. We were able to check in at 5:30 in the morning. He called us at 6:09 for a 6:00 a.m. appointment and had bills in hand at 8:00 am We had a full truck load with multiple products to check in.
I was addressed as sir and treated with kindness and respect and was allowed to even use a bathroom and we were able to park on the street. This place deserves good attitudes from drivers and to treat them with respect.
Thank you again Russell for doing the best that you can. We all appreciate it !!!

Slow. Whole process is ridiculous. Way to go DG figured out a way to extort trucking companies with your lumper fees to unload your product.
