Got one package but the other one was on another truck and they delivered it to a stranger ! Had somebody sign for it and i live ALONE and was at home during the time of delivery ! I dont even know who the person is that signed for it.

Anyone who gave this a one star rating has probably never had to put up with OnTrac ever in their lives and I honestly hope nobody ever has to have something they ordered online delivered by OnTrac. For the most part I’ve never had FedEx mess up an order that they were responsible for delivering. They aren’t always perfect, but they don’t mess up anywhere near as much as OnTrac and don’t just toss packages around like OnTrac.

Completely moronic group of workers. Purchased from a company that used fedex so I had no other choice but to ship with them. Somehow the other fedex facilities were able to get my package all the way from the Netherlands to Missouri in just two days. Yet the dumb shits at this location apparently can’t follow that up and get it 15 minutes down the road to my house in the same amount of time. I paid an extra $40 for express 2-4 day shipping LAST FRIDAY! It is now the next Friday and my package has still not arrived and now I have to wait over the weekend until Monday to get my package if they even deliver it then. This facility is absolutely terrible wouldn’t even give a star if I could.

Delivery driver didn't deliver package told me its on another truck. He can't do anything while looking at the phone n proceeded to press can not deliver no one was home when I was outside on the porch. Didn't leave a door tag like they r supposed to. To top it off there was no instructions for it to be signed for. Customer service was no help. Spoke to a agent n requested for a supervisor 3 times n was denied.if I could would give zero. 1 is being nice

This facility f****** sucks. They will delay your package by days because they cannot find people to do their work. They hide behind their 1-800 number so you cannot get your package. They ruined several days of mine trying to get a package delivered.
