The current ON SITE manager is very helpful and took care of everything we asked about. There are regular hours and the phone is answered. I would use it again.”

I´ve had GREAT interactions w/ Extra Space. After renting a unit from a competitor, Extra Space offers great customer service & even better rates!”

“Have a better way to strap down product to the rub boards in the trailer. The S-hook tie down with the orange strap that you sell are pretty much useless to properly tie down an item. You may want to drill 1/2” holes every few inches in the rub boards to secure the s-hooks to the rub board or install d-rings at the same intervals. Not every item is created equal, a person maybe moving a refrigerator, chest of drawers, or a glass mirror. Having the right equipment is paramount in moving items.”
“I had a few issues with the app for the truck pick up, return, and etc. There were some over the phone reps at the calls Center (2) that gave bad customer service. But overall, majority of the U-Haul workers, from the call center, Hazelwood, MO location & etc. gave phenomenal service. Thank you.”
“Great experiencing renting a carport trailer from here. Manager was friendly and worked to clear up a reservation mix up and get us the quoted rate, and the young man David was very professional and helpful as he helped get the trailer on the 26’ truck by himself and give us tips on how to properly tow with a car on it. Would recommend this place.”

“I had trouble finding where to go for uhaul storage. I was able to talk with a lovely lady that came out to help us and assisted us with removing our auto transport. From moving our things into the storage unit to returning the Uhaul, it was probably the less stressful part of our move. It was so appreciated, customer service was on point.”

“First time using UHaul. Liked the convenience of being able to transport our stuff myself. Easy sign in process through the app. The truck was empty of windshield wiper fluid and I would have benefited from another small mirror on my passenger side like the drivers side had. Overall decent experience and would do it again.”

“Owner is nice but I don’t think he understands how important it is to replenish his items I’ve seen propened bags of chips , old rellos tobacco and when I tell him about It because I go there often he doesn’t quite understands but I always help him to politely, other than that he’s a great guy and the store is amazing. Store just closes earlier than expected on some days or when he wants so before coming call the store or go down the street, the only red flag about this store is the hours of operation isn’t guaranteed. Example Sunday they open at 11am they will more than likely open at 12pm.. Monday -Friday 11am to 5pm is really the time”
“I reserved a truck almost a month in advance. When I went to pick it up, they (Home Depot) had no trucks at all. I had to drive 20 minutes further to get the size truck I reserved, and that put my entire move behind schedule. However, they gave me a nice discount for the inconvenience and added a Veterans discount. I ended up paying half of what I expected. While nice, I'd rather keep to my schedule. I will go there again because they right their wrongs when most do not. I appreciate that.”

“Rented a storage unit and bought moving materials from U-Haul at Kingshighway. The facilities are older, but the unit worked for my needs at reasonable price.
Each step of the way, desk staffers Kaley & Ciara were unfailingly polite, supportive and helpful. Moving is always a stressful and anxiety-inducing experience, but these ladies' interactions and transactions helped make buying supplies and storing my boxes more pleasant. I hope U-Haul values the contributions these two make to the customer experience!

“Theo saved the day. We had a moving company take our money and run. We needed to be out of the state and the company stopped answering. We called Theo in a panic, he hooked us up with a trailer and everything we needed to get on the road. He saw the day we were having and cut us a deal.
