Stopped for snacks & potty break. As I'm using the restroom facilities, I look up to see a worker of Casey's cleaning the air vent. Above the stalls to which not only was I using the bathroom, but my daughter was & others. As I stated that was wrong another employee felt it was ok, felt that an employee standing on a ladder ABOVE the stalls was ok. I left store in a state of anger, that they thought this was appropriate! So ladies BEWARE!! Do not send minors to use bathroom alone at this. Casey's !!! No name tags were worn so couldn't tell you whom to look fmmm

Bethany, MO. Diesel island is always in disrepair and is neglected. Pumps are always down, there's never paper towels, and I often have to go inside to wait in lines 4 people deep for a receipt because staff neglect to refill the receipt tape. Restrooms are often disgusting, with toilets out of order. What is the deal with this place???
Update 2 weeks later: this is the first time I've been back here since my review. I've been planning my days so as to go anywhere else but this hole in the wall. 2 out of 5 of the diesel pumps were down, and the bathrooms were disgusting and smelled like urine. AVOID THIS CASEY'S. It's not worth it.

Starting to charge for dipping sauces even though the food is overpriced already. No wonder Kwikstar is doing better. Last time I shop at Casey's for food.

This place discriminates against married couples looking to use the same shower together. There is no common sense at this Bethany location, as was proven by the night crew tonight.
If this is in fact a store policy, then this store needs to get with the program and change it, the store exists to make customers happy, it doesn’t exist to give selfish managers an ego trip!

Ordered two cookies (sugar and peanut butter) and two cake donuts (one frosted and one plain) also got a small coffee.
Love the grind and brew machines! Just a regular small is pretty weak so I brew a large and stop when small is full. The peanut butter cookie was tops! Soft with great peanut butter flavor! Bathrooms and store real clean and welcoming! Lady at checkout upon asking what we had, 3x repeated back, two cookies, one cake and one glazed donut? Each time we corrected two cake donuts, one frosted and one plain. Not worth a scene but upsetting. Overall a great stop!
