They do a really good job, but it's expensive. This year I did their free on line version. Guess what! They aren't free! $109 to do my taxes myself on line with a program that doesn't explain things well & while I was looking up what it was asking me... I got kicked off the program (twice} & had to start over. Still better than paying $230 for 15 minutes of their time. But don't say it's free when it's not
