I can only give this company high marks, because they fixed my appliance in a timely manner. After having my Lowes service plan provider send out a company located miles away and rude customer service, I am thankful to have been assigned Accurate. They were also respectful in all their interactions. I am still unclear as to why Lowes did not first assign this company, rather than go with a company located miles away and a 2 week wait time to even make a diagnosis.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. Came looked at dishwasher and put hose up higher that was great. Then came dishwasher leaking has warped my wood floors stayed 10 minutes said nothing was wrong. Refused to answer calls. Then when I complained to warranty company. They said they have pictures of dishwasher full of cockroaches. I said your a liar, well I have a picture of one on top of dishwasher. Refuse to service my warranty. Don't trust them period

4 separate service calls, spanning over a 4 month period, 3 separate technicians, and our dryer was still not repaired. While in the process of repair they managed to damage the interior drum so that it spins out of balance. I contacted my extended warranty service to see why Accurate wouldn't call me back and they stated that Accurate had wrote the ticket off as "operational, working as designed." I was assigned a different repair company and the dryer was fixed on the first visit.

We had the same experience as Zack in 2020 with a warranty on a Lowe's product but Stove (2 months old) instead of Dryer. It seems this company always blames the outlet! The Whirlpool stove crashed the very next day after the repairman left and would be dangerous to use. The repair man actually said it out loud "If I were a betting man, I would say it's is your outlet". But, didn't check it. It was fine, the stove is not!

Our technician was Bobby. Bobby called in advance and showed up during the slotted time. Had a newer looking vehicle which does mean something to a customer. After a quick introduction, he took a look at the refrigerator and figured out what the problem was. The repair was completed and everything put back together. Then there was a quick explanation of the issue which I really appreciated. The entire visits was maybe 20 min. Thank you very muchService: Refrigerator repair

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ WEB REVIEWS and you will find that they are devious, con artists stealing money from customers, terrible customer service and horrible business practices. We definitely found out too late and got taken. Thank goodness we had another company come out and they were honest and told us it wasnt the first time they have had complaints about Accurate Appliance ripping off consumers.

Professional service all around. The process took time but not at the company’s fault. The wait time was waiting for the parts to arrive that would fix my refrigerator. I received a confirmation for a service visit a week ago for today from "8:00-12:00". We've waited for several weeks just to get the service appointment. The email confirmation said to call if we needed to reschedule. We reserved that time slot so we would be here. We missed an early call to "confirm" and called them right back. We were told the serviceman has already left the area. Great service. Right? I get to start over now!

They came out for a warranty repair. The technician came in for less than 10 minutes and walked out saying it was a drain pump issue, wouldn’t discuss more on what caused it. Just said they would call me when the parts came in. They’re backed up for 2-3 weeks on parts. So I called GE back and asked for another company, one that wasn’t gonna walk in and out under 10 minutes. They sent a new company and that technician fixed my washer same day no parts. He said it was a manufacturer issue with a chip. My washer is up and running fine again and I did not have to wait 2-3 weeks for a part.Service: Washing machine repair

I called this business to help with a dishwasher repair and Matt was very respectful and helpful with getting it completed in a timely manner and I have not had any issues with it since. I decided to go back to them when my over stopped working and I was about to go spend the money on a new one. Matt and Heather were able to get the part ordered and fix the oven in a reasonable time. They saved me from spending more money on a new one when the repair was easier than I thought it was. I recommend giving them a call before you go out and spend money on buying a new appliance because Matt can most likely fix the issue.Services: Oven repair

Extremely helpful in assisting with a malfunction of ice maker that flooded my home twice that the appliance store knew was a manufacturer defect, and tried not to honor costs. Accurate appliance was able to assist in rectifing this problem, fixed the issue ( delayed due to part availability because of Covid and the large number of parts needed United States wide as most of the refrigerators had to recall and fix this issue) so no fault of the repair company. They were prompt, honest and forthcoming with all information. They assisted in providing information to the insurance companies, the Better Buisness Bureau, and the Manufacturer to help us receive compensation.Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair
