“The very first day of our vacation, the refrigerator in our RV quit working. We called Randy and he was at our campsite within 30 minutes. He had our refrigerator fixed, and was a wealth of information for other questions we had and even some enlightenment for things we had not thought about. All of this after he had dealt with a flooded driveway because of extremely heavy rains during the night at his own home. We expected to pay $100’s for the repair, and he was so reasonable!!!
