Amy's Hallmark Shop has very helpful and nice staff who assist customers in finding items. The store has lots of people working. Some customers note that box cards have been moved to the front, making them hard to find, and the choice of candles was poor. Overall, it is a place where shoppers can find great items and often leave happy with more than they planned to buy.

The staff is very helpful and nice. I was Looking for an ornament for my granddaughter, and they helped me look around, and check the computer for me to see if it could be shipped.
