I ordered takeout, and while the portions were a decent size, the food was nothing special. I paid over $20 for a medium container of pasta with chicken strips. Save your money and go to a more unique establishment for the price.Parking: Tons of parking

Do not be black in blue spring Apple Bee’s They will mischarge you then blame you, and tell you how your account is wrong and it clearly shows money missing. They will be come out the kitchen, defensive without hearing out the customer first side first. There is no accountability factor. Just blame for the terrible service. Food took a 45 mins then she mischarged me and still left a tip just because I know she has to live tip to tip to servive. I apologize my skin wasn’t light ? enough to see you need manners when speaking with customers

I read a bunch of negative reviews on this place and almost contacted the relatives we were meeting there to say we should go somewhere else but decided we’d take our chances. Glad I did. Went there yesterday March 13th about 2:00 for a late lunch. Waitress was very friendly and attentive throughout the entire time we were there. Manager actually brought out our hot food and it was fresh & tasty - Bacon chicken sandwiches & fries. Also had a house salad that was very generous & fresh. We had the 2 for $20 special. Our relatives had the 2 for $25 (ringlets & lemon chicken) and they said it was very good too. What a great deal! We will be going back. Everyone we came in contact with from hostess to server & manager all seemed glad we were there.

One of the worst meals we’ve purchased in a long time and a complete waste of $40! To start, the drinks were watered down and tasted like little to no liquor was in them. The salad was soggy and seemed like it had been in the fridge a while, lots of bitter pieces. The chicken Mac and cheese looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The “cheese” sauce was runny and watered down to the point you couldn’t taste it. The chicken was also placed on the top in full pieces, not cut up and mixed in. We left over half of our food on the table because it just wasn’t good! Honestly, we just want our money back as we feel we were taken advantage of given the poor quality for the price.

This place is always the same no matter what time you stop in. The food, service, and atmosphere are always just average and expected. No complaints... no accolades!

Sat at bar. Service wasn't the greatest. Bartender would rather clean then help patrons. When food was done...was delivered by assuming kitchen staff as Bartender was nowhere around.

Mozzarella sticks came out frozen 3 times and Im pregnant at the time and imagine me getting sick from the food, management was unprofessional he said “if I put the mozzarella in their any longer their going to explode “ meaning we are supposed to eat frozen mozzarella sticks, I should have not paid for service , all the food that came out was cold too, never going back, Applebees count your days??

Order the 2 For 29, Waited almost an hourfor cold food. Finally got the food wanted some A1 sauce and it took her fifteen minutes To bring it out. By that time my husband was done with his steak. Then she took my credit card and had it back there for fifteen minutes while we waited for boxes and the receipt. We'll never go back to this location or applebee's at all

Food was good. Service was good. The broom sitting at our table was pretty ghetto. Everybody walked by, but nobody put it away. Offered him some fries. Called him Broomy.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. The night Manger was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The bartender did all she could with one good arm and asked the manager for help repeatedly for him not to help her. My wife and I Ordered the all you can eat riblets, boneless wings, and shrimp. We had 3 kids with us 2 that are 12 and 1 that is 7. Never once did anyone come ask if we needed anything else after our food got there. Never once did we get refills on drinks or refills on our all you can eat until everyone at the table was completely done with there food and they were ready to bring us the check. My wife didn't even get her mashed potatoes until after they came back to.the table and everyone was done. By that time we had already been there for almost 2 hours. Then on top of all of that and the Manger not apologizing for the bad service when I asked to speak with him. He just Repeatedly told me that I didn't know what he had to deal with in the back so the service wasn't his problem. When I called to talk with the general manager Chris he told me he would make it right and refund the visit and send a gift card to my email so I would come back to see that isn't how they treat there customers. Over a week goes by and nothing happens at all. So called the restaurant just to have Chris hang up on me. When he finally stayed on the phone and talked to me said he wasn't doing anything about the visit cause his manager said I was yelling cussing and repeatedly kept putting my finger in his face when he never even got closer than 5 feet from me. He standing on the opposite side of the half wall in the bar area and I was on the opposite end of the table from him. I Never raised my voice or cussed at him at all. Just to now have the general manager telling me I am to Never call there store again and I am not welcome there. Told me if I have a problem with anything to call his boss or corporate. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Where do I begin…. I have many fond memories of this location as I grew in Blue Springs. Sadly, I see this location not lasting very much longer unless the GM gets their act in gear. The place was not very busy and they had more than enough staff. However, we waited way too long for our all you can eat wings/ribs and they came out cold (not once, but twice). Our server would disappear for long periods of time and when she was around gave the distinct feeling that she really didn’t want to be there. You could hear the employees in the kitchen having what seemed to be a party the whole time. Once we received our check, my husband mentioned to the waitress about food being cold (again) and she said “sorry” then disappeared. We ended up having to go ask the bartender if we could just pay there which resulted in him getting our server. Once finished with payment, I asked the bartender the name of the manager and I was given the name starting with and E. with no clarification as to if that was one on duty or the GM. I understand the need for employees to enjoy their place of employment, but not at the expense of the customers’ satisfaction. The food was horrible, service horrible.
