This manager gave me a quote on mobil internet, I declined the offer, Now I'm getting Late bill emails about my new account. Stay away!!!!, So far all I'm getting is the run around even though I'm showing them the emails.

Jacobe is the man!! He always has the right words to say, and if he don’t know the answer, he’s more than happy to figure it out for you. Such a great guy and we are really happy to run into him again. Very knowledgeable in all the ins and out of AT&T. He is also not pushy at all. We just love the man all around. Listen. I was just out here. Eating pepperoni pizza and hot wings. And my boy Hem and Keyle came out and they all like bra lemme get you a phone and I was like nah fam and he was like nah dude I’m broke and they was like I got you so they hooked me up. So I went inside they made me go downstairs to the basement and then they showed me where the phones are made and hooked me up. Unfortunately I’m still down here. Send help.

I’ve been to this store a few times and Mack has helped me both times. He is awesome, so nice and he has fixed my problems both times. I really enjoyed working with him.

If you can find another AT&T store, I would. For a store that claims to have a very experienced staff, I was impressed at how incompetent our salesperson was. If you want to sign up for things without actually knowing what you’re signing up for, this is your place. You could sign your life away at this place and wouldn’t find out until you got the bill in the mail. Do yourself a favor and go to a different AT&T store.

Outstanding service. Zack was a life saver. He got a newer phone working for my father. He was very professional and efficient with the phone transfer. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this AT&T store.

The wait time was long but my SIM card went out. Zach was a very pleasant, knowledgeable guy. He got my phone up and running in a short amount of time.

If you have tech issues or need any help, set up an appointment with Mack. My experience with him was so good I left a review , and I don’t do that .

Against my better judgment I decide to get their WIFI and shut off my Comcast! Who are also liars they told me they would be at my house first appointment of the day and they are already 2.5hrs I told these people I'm going out of town this morning and they said don't worry and the guy still is not here! Unreliable for sure

Mack C. Strutted over and handled business last week, he is a cool person on top of being an informative one. He set me up with my new Samsung Watch with ease and helped me figure out some of the initial motions I needed to know. Honestly no matter what I say up to this point matters other than right now, and right now I will tell any and everyone he is the best tech/rep I have ever dealt with, he is~ or should be~ the model of customer service to build on

Yelp review has 1 star. Don’t let the 4 stars fool you. They give you the run around and tell you to call a number and send you on your way. Once you call the number they cannot help you. They lied about an extension to turn in a phone and when we called the number they said they do not do extensions.

Hailey is AWESOME.!! Funny, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been very tempted to call her back and let her know some updates on the Samsung s23 Ultra but she didn't know but I found out about and was one of the key factors I was looking for in purchasing a phone. I waited an hr for her to be done with the customers before me. She helped me the previous day and I had to wait till I got paid to get my phone. Come to find out my SIM card and my phone was corrupted in some sort of way or shape and I wasn't able to receive phone calls. That resulted in me losing my job. But I am completely happy and satisfied with the way I was treated her sense of humor and that takes the cake
