I came into AutoZone Feb 8 12:59PM looking for a dipstick for my 2016 jeep patriot sealed transmission there was a younger guy helping me at the counter super nice and helpful some older guy long hair and beard was completely rude immediately saying I don’t need one if it’s sealed and being completely unhelpful. Thanks to the younger guy that sold me the trans dipstick. For the rest of employees they shouldn’t be working at a part store.

Super helpful! I came in with a windshield wiper sizing mistake and they helped me get the right ones for the job. Guys were friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this location enough!

When I called the person on the phone was very helpful and nice. I went in to get my check w fine light checked out and I was treated with disrespect like I didn’t know what I was talking about and the guy was extremely rude. Sorry I asked you to do your job! Maybe you need a new profession

Andres at AutoZone was amazing today. I went in not knowing for sure if my battery was bad or my alternator. There was a young gentleman (I apologize, I forgot his name) that ran the test on my vehicle to see which was bad. Andres came out to offer assistance and it was found that the battery was bad. Without even asking, he grabbed the battery my car needed, helped me check out and the efficiently installed it for me. He answered all my questions and his help was greatly appreciated. Someone please give this man a raise because he went above and beyond for me!

Horrible service. Returned a part with receipt. Member of management treated me with so much disrespect. Manager did not want to do refund at all but another manager override the transaction. He then snatched the receipt out of my hand and threw it away.
