Customer service makes or breaks a business❗️This business REFUSED to break a $20 bill with no other customers in the drive through, because I was not a customer. I told her it was CASH and how you treat people helps them decide or NOT to become a customer. She said it was a bank policy to not help a person if they can not provide an account number. What kind of a business requires and account number to break a $20 cash bill❓❗️

I have had to switch banks multiple times due to moving and the bank as well as Ilse at this location have been phenomenal. Ilse in particular is beyond helpful and always so kind. If you decide to bank at this location ask for her help and you’ll never have any issues.

I've had an account since 2014. They closed the location close to our home some time ago and its a hassle to drive clear across town. We go in to close our account today and are told because there are pending charges still not processed, we have to wait. This bank is slow to process pending charges. Then I get home and check my app and it says we got a manual payout for our balance! I know I made the right decision to change banks. This is unexcusable. I'm hoping it gets cleared up tomorrow.

I love Bank Midwest but the Blue Springs branch is awful. Our business is never able to get the change we require, a service we pay for. When making deposits, it never ceases to amaze me how slow they are. Today, I sat at the deposit window for 14 minutes before anyone came to talk to me. When there’s multiple people inside the office, 2 just standing around, I don’t understand why I can’t receive timely help. I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this branch from now on.

Closing all 3 of our accounts tomorrow. It'll bring me great pleasure to finally get away from this horrible bank and all their fees. Moved to Central Bank with excellent customer service and ALL my accounts are free, even my business accounts. Good riddance

Michelle was awesome! Our account was being overdrawn because of an error and she called me right away so I could arrange for it to be taken care of before the account was overdrawn. I appreciate her checking on our situation and also for letting me know about it so that I could take care of it without getting penalized! Thanks Michelle!

I had trouble with the atm and spoke to client services and they were rude and not helpful at all. Was about to close my account and went to the Blue Springs location and met with Mishel Phillips and she was able to handle everything and was willing to go above and beyond, extremely professional, and was highable wouldtonresolve everything. I would highly recommend the Blue springs location with with her as manager. Thank you Mishel!!!!!!!!

Mishel Phillips from Bank Midwest has been WONDERFUL in working with some of the problems we have run into. From opening a business line of credit to helping us deal with problematic checks, she has always been cheerful, efficient, effective, and willing to do her best for us, her customer. I am impressed with Bank Midwest as a whole and Mishel, specifically. Thanks for the great work.
