I bought a used boat, built in 2001, I think my engine was a 2009. I knew it would have some problems and it certainly has. I brought it in and Blue Springs Marine has gotten it running a few times, then got out to the lake and couldn't get it started. I have communicated with Blue Springs and they have been quickly responsive and helpful. They sent a technician Adrian to the lake to address the problem and he did. Then I had some other issues this last Friday night, I sent Adrian a video of the engine and he offered to come out yesterday (Sunday afternoon on his day off) He came out and got me going! Still waiting on some parts to finally get my issues resolved and behind me! Thank you Adrian and Blue Springs Marine. Appreciate the wonderful customer service

Absolutely amazing staff! Billy really made buying my first boat a stress free and an as easy as it gets experience. After I bought the boat he even offered to take me out and show me the ropes. Excellent sales team, and excellent shop crew! 10/10 would recommend! This is now my shop for my boating go-to needs!

Horrible experience, they had our boat for consignment sale, and it set up there for a few months and come to find out the whole time. The cover was not on when they delivered the boat back to us. It was completely filthy. There was leaves there was bird poop all over the seats there was a rip in the seat. It was disgusting. The only thing they did was offer to come get the boat and the guy Mike would personally clean it himself in for $100,000 boat they treated it like it was nothing highly do not recommend this place at all. And on top of that, we had some flooring in there to sell with the boat, and it came back completely molded, warped, and ruined, and they refused to replace it!!!!

WARRNING : We bought a NEW boat in 2015 . 2020 The Engine blew with less than 100 hours .Evinrude went bankrupt 2020 . So my 5 year warranty was worth ZERO. Bought a NEW engine from Blue Springs. 16k then they forgot to add the throttle cable and ignition add 5k more. Not even a phone call .The middle pontoon has a leak . Towed boat 3 times to get fixed. They NEVER fixed it. They Charged me $330 to look at. Please DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE . SCAM ARTISTS . The more people I talk too , I learn how bad BLUE SPRINGS Boats / Marina is !!!! This is a TRUE LIFE REVIEW - THIS PLACE SUCKS! THESE PEOPLE RUN A CROOKED BUSINESS. BE PREPARE TO GET SCREWED IF YOU DEAL WITH BLUE SPRINGS BOATS!!!Great response- TOTAL LIES! ALL THE OTHER DEALERS IN AREA KNOW YOUR A LIAR . The middle pontoon has held water for 6 years ! I personally have towed to your lot 2 times. NEVER FIXED - Even forgot to Caulk down the engine department cap to seal . TRUE DISSAPOINTMENTNot to mention you didn't hook the radio up after we bought the NEW Engine .

I bought a trailer through Blue Springs Marine for a pontoon boat I had bought. Trailer was ready a couple weeks earlier than they originally estimated and great quality.I've had a couple issues with the boat that I've taken to Blue Springs to fix. They are always able to get my boat in much faster than other repair shops shops and do a great job. Very responsive.

I have multiple boats. I purchased a boat from an Individual that had the boat worked on at Blue Springs Marine prior to me taking possession. They lost the snap in carpet. Replacing as to it was their mistake. It has been over two months and still the run around with no carpet. Customer Service is poor at best. I am glad i didn’t purchase a new boat from them. Sad part is they lost over 100k in business over something simple. But i guess they have plenty of business??♂️In reference to their response. Direct contact with an employee. I have called no less than 7 times, excuses when i call, they don’t return my call. At no time did the employee offer to buy it, what i was told and continue to be told is it is on order. It’s been months, but yet no tracking information, no shipping details. I am a VP and run a Global company. We import everyday from other Countries so i am familiar with Supply Chain, freight and logistics. Simple follow thru would have been acceptable and appreciated in this matter.So being hasty that your lack of communication, and or poor business practice led to a poor review. Gotcha.

We had my husband's boat in for service. Customer service wasn't very good. Manager wasn't all that helpful. Felt like they had us over a barrel with no other options. We won't go back there.

Billy Kelly was extremely helpful in arranging multiple video calls, and coordinating delivery for my boat purchase as I am not in the area. Great communication, easy to reach, and highly knowledgeable with any questions that I had!

Had a lot of people work on my boat, but these guys were responsive and came out to my dock 2 times after they did multiple repairs at their shop. Old boats are hard to work on and they stood by their work. Got me running good and I’ll always use them.

The amount charged for labor seems to be extremely high comparatively. My engine has been "diagnosed" and serviced twice and yet I am still having engine troubles.

Got us into the shop quickly.Explained what needed done. Completed the 3 year service and replaced both batteries. We are good to go now.South Bay Pontoon with a 150 Evinrude.

Really friendly staff didn’t have what I needed but was able to order it and told me where I could find it same day if I wanted to make the longer drive we’re willing to lose money to help a customer so I went ahead and bought the parts from them customer service is awesome

Scheduling drop off and pickup was very customer friendly. Turnaround from drop off to troubleshooting was better than anyone else in the area. Technicians were able to diagnose starting issue and informed customer that boat “runs good”. Still needs some fine tuning so will be looking to return to shop when back in town.
