My last experience with this place was horrible. I purchased culvert pipe from this place 5 weeks before my last purchase and I was told it would be the same price. Once the pipe was delivered I was quoted a price of $500+ which was almost $200 more than I paid just 5 weeks before. After calling and explaining that I was being charged incorrectly the guy in charge tells me "I'm f*#+*!* my sister on this deal" and stated that maybe he just needed to come and pick the pipe back up. I told him I wasn't trying to be a jerk but I couldn't pay $200 more than what I had paid just 5 weeks ago so if he couldn't sell it at that price then he could come and pick it up. He told me to get in touch with the salesman and that it would be taken care of. After a week and a half and several messages/emails being left I still had not heard anything back from anyone. My excavator called and said the old pipe was being picked up and that I needed to get pipe from somewhere else. The excavator also told me that the boss at Winwater said I was a jerk to him?? I still have yet to hear anything back from the salesman on this and they have delayed my project by a couple weeks now. They have cost me $300-$400 worth of interest on a construction loan because of their hold up. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm still kind of in shock that this guy is trying to blame me for being a jerk when it's very obvious that he was the one being very rude and disrespectful towards me. I ended up getting the pipe delivered from somewhere else but I still am in disbelief that this guy can be so disrespectful and then try to blame someone else. The guy in charge, which i believe his name is Dwayne??? (I could be wrong on name) needs a lesson in customer relations. They could also take a lesson in honoring their word by standing behind and doing what they say they are going to do. As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer like the way I was treated. Let this serve as a warning to others to purchase their supplies somewhere else.
