Was formerly insured by another major insurance agency. I just couldn’t shake the feeling that I was paying way too much, but never took the time to look into it. Happen to run into Amber Wright at a friends house party one Saturday night and I couldn’t believe it! I knew Amber from high school! I actually taught her how to drive a manual transmission, lol. Anyways, after catching up I asked if she could put together a quote for me. Monday morning it arrived, almost 200.00dollars lower than my current price!!! Same coverage! She is always enjoyable to talk with and I truly feel like she has my best interest in mind. Have referred all my family members and friends her way and they all love her! Thanks again Amber.

Bob Watson is the best of the best! He genuinely cares about his clients and staff and he’s not afraid to go to bat for them when necessary. He’s helpful and knowledgeable and I have every confidence that he’s got my back. Can’t recommend strongly enough. This is who you want to call when you need car or homeowners insurance!

My apartments changed owners and needed our renters insurance updated but they would not make it clear exactly how they needed it to be on the form. Amber really went above and beyond in contacting them and nailing down exactly how they needed the liability insurance to look. I would definitely recommend this place for your insurance!

I’ve recently switched to my own auto policy and ran into some issues transferring out of my dads policy. Amber communicated with me every step of the way and worked to get me a great deal on my auto policy. I am so very thankful for all that she has done!

Let's see, where do I start. My parents were some of Bob's first clients. Heck, they weren't even married yet! I'm 43, and he's literally known me my whole life. He really is like a second dad to me. His state farm truly is a family. I highly recommend him and his office ladies. If I could mega recommend them I would, but there's no button for that. If you're looking for and agent, to be totally honest with you, and treat you with class, dignity and respect, this is your guy. If not, well then, you're not a happy human.

I have had Bob as my agent for 25 years. My parents were customers even longer! I couldn't recommend a better office staff. The girls are always very helpful. I definitely recommend them they are wonderful!

I highly recommend this State Farm Agency. Amber was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient agent I have ever worked with. Did I mention she's also super friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. For the last ten years I have opted for online based insurance companies that offered no hassle, fast and easy service. Which I thought was the way to go until I worked with Amber at Bob Watson. The whole process from start to finish was just as fast. I was able to bundle my renters insurance with my auto and save more than I thought was possible. And it was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely listened to and exceeded my needs.

Bob Watson and his employees are amazing. I purchased a new car and had to have the insurance switched to my new vehicle and they made sure to call at least twice a week to check on me and give me updates on all the information. They gave me great quotes on bundling my renters and car insurance also. They are very polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone and hope to stay with them as long as possible
