Dont buy Roper Brand. Grandparents got my daughter 2 pairs of Roper boots. First pair they wouldnt return all glitter peeled after wearing twice. 2nd pair worn once and end of boots rubbed off. Dont waste money on their Roper boots. I have pictures.

I give no star where once I would have given 5! I placed an order December 2023. They were unable to honor part of that order. They sent me a 50% off coupon and advised me it has no expiration. Fast forward to 2/2025... the coupon doesn't work. I message them and include the original email from them. They proceed to tell me the coupon is from 12/2023 and they can not honor their non expiration coupon because it's 2/2025.
Extremely upset... disappointed etc... had the coupon had an expiration... I would have used it sooner.

Just okay. Realizing the true fact that customer service is not in everyone wheelhouse. Boots are great but being left alone to find a specific style of boot made me spend too much time in a shoe store.

Recently I ordered jeans and had them shipped to the store because they would not make it to my house in time. When I got to the store, one of my kids had fallen asleep. I called, explained and asked if there was anyone who could run them out to me by chance, and they sure did! Cannot say how helpful that truly was, but I know they will continue to have mine and my family's business!

Return policy is virtually non existance. I bought boots and 9 days later they would not take them back, even with the receipt. Told me I had to exchange only. Couldn't find any boots I wanted so I ask if I could exchange for clothes, they said no. Order from Amazon they have a better return policy. Ilstorewith
