“Front desk Employee Brandon Waldor and store manager Jayden carroll are the best duo at store in independence, Mo on Noland road! Brandon walked me through on the options that had at the store and what he would recommend ( he knows his games ) really had me in a daze from all the info he gave me. He’s a game warrior for sure! Thanks Brandon for your hard work and hospitality! He then directed me to Jayden which after that stole the show! These guys went above and beyond to make sure my son had a terrific birthday! I needed something today and Jayden made sure it happened. He is a man of his word! I had to get it used, which I am ok with, but the controller was not in the box. Jayden went out of his way to head to the Walmart to Purchase a controller for my son to have today. So I didn’t have to wait! A game changer he was and my son will forever remembering this moment of getting his dream console for his birthday! Thank you so much guys!”

“Had to rent a car while my vehicle was in the shop. My rental was initially anticipated to be 8 days but they let me renew until the job was done--overall 29 days! There was some mis-coordination with the body shop but not too bad. The car was due for oil change when I got it, and the right rear tire had a slow air leak. Otherwise everything was good, including customer service.”
“Got rental recently for an out of town trip. Travon did great making sure it was clean and ready for me. Ashley and DeAnn did great with going through paperwork and answering all my questions. They were very easy to work with and extremely friendly.”

“The staff was friendly, but I had issues with not having the car I reserved available. I also found out when I was arriving that the rental location closed at the time that I was arriving, which wasn’t apparent in the app.”
