I just need to give props to one of the tellers. Leslie was very courteous and helpful with my transaction. It’s hard to find customer service with a smile, and she definitely has that! Keep it up, we all need it!

This location is my favorite to utilize of all central banks within my area. I appreciate their professional and friendly staff. I would highly recommend using this branch for all banking needs!

Deposits are unavailable when they are supposed to be. When asked about it, I got the run around by 2 different customer service representatives that completely dodged the question.I've had an account with this organization since 1987 and the customer service has declined and fees and hassle have gone way up. They reduced their hours, bricked over the drive through windows, have untrained employees that don't even know where to go to find answers and generally are not at all helpful. I do not recommend this institution for any transaction. They have become nothing more than another corporate minded business that doesn't care at all about their customers. I hope the guys at the top are satisfied with themselves for destroying a former respectable business.

The sign on the ATM said CLOSED so I went to the drive-though. The teller said it wasn’t closed and that a lot of people get confused - in fact, “that has been happening all day!” It was now 3:30 pm. I explained that the light next to ‘ATM’ said closed not open, and she said I was the first person to mention it. She had to go flip the switch to OPEN! So all day long it said closed and they never bothered to check even though everyone told them all day.Then I told the drive-through teller I wanted to withdraw money from my savings; she sent me a checking withdrawal slip. I filled it out but a different teller told me it was MY mistake to fill out a checking slip and said if I returned that, she would send me the correct one and to fill out another form. No offer to transfer my info for me to expedite the process.Since there were now three more cars behind me, I told her I would just go through the ATM. Click! No I’m sorry or have a great day, just silence.Finally, at the ATM, the OPEN light was still not on - it was blank. At least only the teller sign said closed. The ATM worked fine, but I tried to call the bank twice to let them know that the sign was either burned out or not working. The phone rang 20 times with no answer. Apparently the sign is not the only thing burned out at the Central Bank of the Midwest.
