I am very disappointed with this CVS location. I applied for a position with this store as a Retail Associate. I have all the correspondence, in writing, from the hiring manager/human resource personal that indicates I am a great fit and can be utilized by the company. ANY person would believe from these messages that an interview would follow. The hiring manager that I was talking to was Tori. She sent all correspondence by text. She had a very hard time responding to messages and I was eager to get an interview before the position closed. I contacted the store manager, Paul to see about the position. By this time I had been trying for nearly 3 weeks to get a definite date for the interview. I received 5 phone calls from other CVS locations regarding positions they had open and some wanted to set up an interview immediately. I was still waiting on this location, near Woods Chapel and Valleyview Rd, and passed the others up. BIG MISTAKE! After contacting the store manager, I was directed back to Tori. In less than five minutes of contacting Paul, Tori sent a text message to me that all positions had been filled. She previously made it clear of the interest CVS had in hiring me. The text messages prove that. I'm wondering if Tori and Paul's decisions were made after reviewing my application and realizing I have a disability. I had told Tori in text that I would need no accommodations. Then, after calling her out and letting Paul know of the situation, I was not getting an interview or even being considered any longer. I was never rude, just stated facts that could be backed by Tori's text messages! It's been a couple of weeks since this happened. Today, I checked the CVS website and this location has the position open! I tried to login and reapply but they have blocked me from being able to apply for ANY CVS position. Really? You messed up and I'm made out to look the fool!I made one mistake....I let the hiring manager know that I am disabled. I also opted to complete the part of the application indicating such. I'm not ashamed and DO NOT require any accommodations to do this job. I let Tori know the hours I could work and she said that would be perfect (her exact words)! I will be researching avenues to see to it CVS doesn't do this to anyone else! From the reviews here, I see that this location has a hard time with their employees. It appears they need a lesson in being respectful and attentive to customers needs! CVS missed out on a good employee that would have treated customers and employees with decency.

Arrived at 9:40am to take my scheduled covid test at 10am. No one at pharmacy and no one picked up my call into the pharmacy.

The cvs pharmacy staff is always rude and just unpleasant to deal with. I was waiting on a prescription since 11:00 am this morning and went to pick it up around 5:30 thinking it would be ready. I had 3 other items when I got in line to get my prescription and check out. I told her what I needed and was told it was still not ready so I asked her if she could still check out the items I had waited in line with she told me in a very rude manner "no you can check that stuff out at the front" I'm pregnant and have been waiting on nausea medicine so I was just wanting to get in and get out and she was very unprofessional and rude in the way she spoke with me. Never going inside to get anything again

They are a very personable team. They want to help you be healthy and comfortable. The pharmacy manager is great.

I had a COVID test- for which you need an appointment. I was on time/early for my appointment and didn't even get to the window until 80 minutes later of just sitting in the drive thru. The person helping took 15 minutes just to verify who I was. The process was ridiculous and such a slow, waste of time. They should adjust their scheduling so that the line doesn't take over an hour. However, though the employees were slow, they were nice, thorough and kind.

While checking out tonight at this location, The person that rang up my items was "Bessie" and was no help whatsoever. Someone else needs to be working the registers. Someone that has a helping positive attitude. This lady does not.
