Pharmacy cosed in the middle of the day for lunch? Here's an idea...stagger employee lunch breaks like every other business in this country. Its not like waiting forever in their line is an exciting experience to look forward to in the first place, now i get to do it it again after the entire staff has lunch. After watching how long it takes and how much they struggle putting pills in a bottle, one can only assume they all take lunch at the same time is to assist each other putting lunch in their mouths. What a joke!

Where do I begin? For starters when you go to the back whether it be to the pharmacy or minute clinic, you will probably not be acknowledged for quite some time. Pharmacy reps will look up at you many times but not say a word to acknowledge you. My experience with the minute clinic at this location in particular was absolutely horrible. The blonde lady (nurse practitioner maybe) was rude and has no customer service skills. She lied to my face and whichever lady dealt with my daughter to take payment lied as well. They never verified insurance with my daughter. I had pre registered and given all of this information as well. Instead nothing was updated and they just went with whatever was in the system. My daughter asked if the price was including insurance and the lady told her yes and that the deductible probably had not been met but that was a complete lie. Their was no active insurance on file. We had only ever been there maybe once. I was at work otherwise I would have been there in person for the appt. I did everything right and they did not do their job and then refused to take any responsibility for their errors. I would LOVE to talk to someone more about this because I am absolutely livid on how the situation was handled. Their is so much more I want to say but this requires a conversation. Several days before Christmas and I'm out $100 instead of my $15 copay because these ladies did not want to do their job. I will NEVER come to a minute clinic again in my life. Sad thing is I had choices when I scheduled this appt with Minute Clinic. If you make a mistake, own up to it!!!!!!! If you are a liar and don't know how to take responsibility for your actions then you should probably go find a better fit of a job. Maybe not dealing with people.

Would give it zero stars if I could. I have been a CVS member for years. Don't go there alot so I guess they deactivated my card. Now when I give my number which I have always used in place of my card it can't be found. Went in today and to begin with their Halloween is STILL ONLY 50%. Now Walgreens was 60-80% the weekend following the holiday. So CVS is not offering much of a deal. But I found some stuff I wanted along with other merchandise that was not on sale. Probably $200 or more. Got up to register, and because the girl couldn't find my account, she DEMANDED I pay FULL PRICE for CLEARANCE ITEMS! Who does this!?? She would not assist me with a new card, but she just refused to sell to me at the posted clearance price. She had trouble assisting the couple in front of me and took about 15 minutes because she didn't seem to understand the customer or how to help. Then, when I was up next, she rudely ignored me and answered the phone. She was on there for over 5 minutes and did not apologize! Since she would not give me the posted clearance price, I told I did not want anything then. This place just lost a cusomer as i will NEVER RETURN AFTER BEING TREATED IN THIS FASHION! I know CVS like others is struggling, and they long ago closed the one by me. It seems they would go out of their way to keep customers not rudely turn them away and run them off.

They literally have everything that you need in this place. Unfortunately people know that and it is somewhat busy but not all the time staff is super duper duper friendly and we'll help you with you need. I wish it had a drive-thru though. Pharmacy really cares about you. I wasn't able to pick up my medicine early but unfortunately it's a narcotic and I totally understand. When they will definitely help you out with that as far as trying to get a hold of your doctor and so on they really do care about you and they really do help I love CVS!

I will give them 1 star for being open. They need to pay better attention to their customers. My prescription was faxed in the morning. They were unable to find it when I arrived, took them for ever after they found it to put it in the system and fill it. Had me standing there waiting and not acknowledging me standing there. Everyone thought someone else was helpingWhen I finally got helped. I needed other items, the lady at the check out was more concerned about her private phone call to help me. I left my purchase on the counter and left. I will go someplace else for now on.

I selected my prescriptions to be filled 5 days ago. I wasn’t able to get through on the phone (never am) so I went in to pick them up. They said they weren’t ready- no apologies or anything. So I came back in 30 mins and they still aren’t ready. So rude, giving me the excuse that last week some staff was sick, that they are short staffed. No apologies, customer service etiquette, anything. Then the 3 people filling and chatting are gossiping about me. Right in front of me. I used to be a pharmacy tech- it should not take this long to fill a couple of scripts. And what happened to being nice?!?! So I am just standing here, waiting with a broken ankle. I am shocked!!!

CVS is lost my business. I hope others stand with me on this... I understand businesses are in business to Make money but CVS is going to far. In the same isle they have band-aids the have vibrating but plugs and vibrators at a height that a 10 year old could grab off the shelf... very poor decision in my opinion and in poor taste. On top of that I went in to pick up a prescription and their card reader prompted me for a signature and green check or red the attendant stopped me before I signed and said dont sign and select yes there if you do they will charge for a CVS care pass select decline very misleading and seems like done purposely to trick people BE CAREFUL when picking up your prescriptions if you arent you may end up agreeing to a charge for a care pass unknowingly!!!!

There's always a line and always 3 or 4 people just hanging out chatting behind the counter. Always. I don't care if it IS below their pay grade to run a register. It's below my pay grade to waste my morning standing in line.

Zahra knew the store well when asking for products, she knew exactly where they were, she was very helpful and kind and not to forget that she was giving great suggestions of other purchases.

Every signal time with this location, no employees to help the customer. The only place there are ever any employees, is in the actual pharmacy, no employees anywhere to be found in the store area, ever.

So I went to this CVS to get sugar and coffee filters. Love the layout by the way. Anywho, I am a shift supervisor at store # 5719 so I know the ins and outs of the whole operation. As I'm checking out at the ACO aka: self checkout I was abruptly interrupted by who I assume was a supervisor or store manager. Ig she didn't like how many times the machine said scan coupon now. I did have about $10 all in small change in rewards, that I had let build up. But she just came and said are you done scanning and clicked the continue button without waiting for my answer. Then I stopped her and said now wait just a minute I want to make sure it took everything. First of all I didn't ask for help and second of all her iron man didn't inform her that I needed help. So why did she butt in? It's no wonder the image of CVS is becoming worse. I have over 20 years customer service experience and over 15 management experience also have owned my own successful business in an entirely different country. Ig a lot of management today needs to be going through repeated training in regards of customer service or if that particular position is not for you then find something that is please.

The pharmacists are so kind and nice! They didn’t have an antibiotic that my toddler needed and they checked where I could find it! They are always so kind, fast and helpful!

Minimal customer service. Totally twists conversation with what doctor office stated. Rude technicians. Unfortunately stuck with cvs due to insurance they are a disgrace to the medical industry.
