Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription stood behind the only one other customer at the counter for 15 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes and then the girl says I'm sorry we're closed for lunch you can't pick up anything right now. The girl could have helped me but chose to walk around and talk to people and then tell me it was time to close.
That is absolutely unacceptable customer service! This will be the last prescription ever filled at a CVS!!

Everything is overpriced, and the pharmacy sucks. I paid too much for prescriptions because they didn't even give me an opportunity to run insurance. Also, they will not help you with calling to transfer prescriptions. They could have called in a transfer for me and saved the time. Instead, I'm waiting 30 minutes at the next CVS in the area because I had to request the transfer in person. Terrible customer service.

The company has a policy that they accept and promote GoodRx, however the female pharmacist can go against company policy and clean they don't have to use GoodRx and overcharge you for medication.
They charged me $158 for my child's monthly Adderall that he desperately needs versus good Rx cost of $27.88... please someone explained to me how this is fair?
Now I understand why people hate this pharmacy!!!

Have used the pharmacy since they built the building. Was in Dr. up to get my prescription picked up. Getting close to 1 o’clock. Unfortunately, it was three minutes before lunchtime and the pharmacist told me I needed to come back later so they could go to lunch. I said I have three minutes he said well my people have to go get their lunches before they start their lunch break. No longer with him.

Was told I couldn’t use a good RX coupon for Meds unless I come inside . If that’s the case, call people ahead of time When you see it’s not being run through insurance. Then you can let them know they are going to have to come in. Not everybody has time to come inside to get it. That’s the point of the drive-through.

Among the four employees on duty, each took part in guiding me to locate some Band-Aid products; all were very helpful and greeted me pleasantly, and when they saw that I had found what I came for they followed up with further ways to be of help, asking if I could use anything else. I found this rather extraordinary especially on a Sunday evening close to their closing time. Much appreciated.

Had very few problems with this location. All pharmacies and stores have some good and some bad reviews. Iv'e used several diffrent pharmacies through the years customer service always varies.

Store is a total reck. Shelves are poorly stocked. The outside looks like a unmaintained jungle. Trees are dead vines everywhere grass is not mowed. Its an embarrassment to have a store like this in Lees Summit. CVS is a terrible place and looks terrible on the outside. I don't understand why the city does not shut them down.

Had a prescription sent to this location and the one on south 7 didn't have it. I was in and out in a jiff, hardly anyone goes to this store so it's a great place to use the pharmacy, I've never seen a line! Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable.
