I went in yesterday to buy some perfumes Rita was there and didn’t look so happy to help me. She was being a little rude to the person in front of me and once I got up their I told her what I was looking for she told me their was a limit on buying them so I told her I would send my mom to buy some also she told me she couldn’t buy any. I asked her to check the price for me on another thing she told me it was “not on discount”. Today I went in all the perfume sets were gone I asked her if she had more and she said nope looks like someone bought them all. BUT she had a limit with me?? I feel like she was being very dishonest yesterday. I don’t understand why workers get like this it’s not like it’s their company and they get so rude with BUYING customers.

Not normally a CVS shopper but have to go here now for OTC products covered by Aetna - was so impressed with the team member that helped us not only with their friendliness but overall knowledge of the OTC benefit and how to use it as well as other info!!! Made a repeat customer out of me!!!

I'm over this CVS on South 7 not auto refilling my monthly prescription. Don't offer that option if my drug sits on pending for days. Once on pending I can't ask for a manual refill request so have to show up to the store and wait in line once to ask for the fill, sit and wait, then wait in line again to pick up the fill. Today when I showed up they said script will be ready after 2:00 and shut a gate in my face as I stood there. CVS my drug should have been ready!! At a minimum could have said sorry we are closing for a half hour. Terrible customer service and don't honor auto refill.

Love the visit to CVS in Blue Springs South location. Employees and staff always friendly. Prices are wonderful and shelves are always well stocked. Pharmacy has great service and always friendly.

I love CVS, I can get everything I need all at the same time. The pharmacists are great and will let me know if there will be an interaction between a new prescription and one I'm already on, they really look out for me. All of the employees are friendly and helpful.

If I could give it a 0 but they don't have that option but here I go, I went today 10/11/2024 2pm to the pharmacy buy some medication and the lady in front counter was so rude to me, maybe I should change pharmacy.

Never answer phones don’t transfer RX after you move!!!!! U have left 2 voice mails and waited on hold for 3+ hours NOTHING!!!!!!
