The very first time I went to DT was in TX. I had a Mazda CX-9. A dummy tire was on and needed to be replaced. Then they try to sell me on other things, etc etc. Fast forward, I'm on the highway and the dummy tire goes FLYING. Im glad it didn't hit another car. I ended up calling DT to reiterate and get some kind of resolution with the issue. They proceeded to tell me it's not their fault and I should speak to them in a more respectful tone, and hung up. Called back and they proceeded to degrade and cuss me out. I told myself, I would never go back to DT, again. This was in 2014-2016, or so. Here we are, 2024. I ended up getting a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched. Multiple people told me to go to DT. Not going to lie. I sat on it until the day before my road trip...for the life of me, didn't want to put myself through another DT situation. Luckily everyone at DT were accommodating, respectful and honest, gave me all the necessary info I needed to know. Updates on the tire, what they found etc. I could tell they weren't trying to tell me a little white lie to try and sell me a "new" tire for something that's patchable. My thoughts have definitely changed with DT. I was already planning on getting some new tires after my return from my road trip..and I'm definitely going to get them from DT.

Superb customer service. All the employees are so nice and very professional. It's rare these days. I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else for my tires and servicing.

Such a refreshing change to the other tire stores I've used in the past. I ordered tires online and they met me at the door for my scheduled appointment. The text alerts kept me informed and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Great experience, keep up the good work!

Exceptional customer service from their management and team. My son was faced with a problem regarding fitment of his wheels and snow tires and the team went above and beyond to help resolve his problem and get him back on the road. True, old fashioned, handshake type customer service! As a parent I was tremendously grateful for their prompt attention. I’ll be doing all my tire business with Discount Tire going forward…. I genuinely prefer this location of all the Discount Tires I’ve been to in the KC metro. The guys at this location are super friendly and helpful. Not fake nice either, they’re genuinely nice. If I lived closer I’d only go to this one but my luck today was that I was already in Blue Springs when I got a small nail in my tire. Quick fix. I appreciated all their help.

I have been there twice now due to road hazards and MoDOT's sub-par work. Discount Tire has done very well for me. The first visit I got my 2 back tires replaced and it took about an hour and a half after I got there at the 8 am opening time. The second time I had my front 2 tires replaced and I took those in loose, dropped them off around 8:30 am, and they were done in an hour. I would recommend buing tires here.

Placed an online order for 4 tires. Showed up with my confirmation # and proof my tires had arrived at the store. They said the tires had not been paid for. I called the bank who verified they transaction had gone through and was deducted from my account. Discount tire did nothing. Bank is now having to investigating them and what happened to my $.

My experiences were consistently positive until today. I called at 9:43 am regarding tires, wanting to buy them locally. The online portal showed one in stock, but other nearby locations had them. I hoped to get them delivered or, if not, would drive farther for installation on my only available day. Nate assured me twice they could manage it, even confirming before hanging up.Seven-plus hours later, the tires hadn't arrived. When I called Nate, he claimed he was just about to update me. Unfortunately, they couldn't be delivered today, and waiting was in vain. The frustrating part was Nate's lack of apology, attributing it to an order placed in the morning. The issue lies in Nate's overconfidence. While I understand mishaps occur with third parties, clarity about the delivery process is crucial. I express my frustration here, cautioning others about potential delays and emphasizing the need for Nate's improved training and accountability.
