Came to the store today and had an amazing experience with a girl name tomara I believe. She was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure I found everything I needed. So friendly. She also anwser the questions I had! 10/10 best Dollar General I’ve never been too!!!!!

Accused of being a thief when walking thru exit not having bought anything...!
Needed lunch food for next day and when comparing prices decided to go to WM... leaving store I say "thanks have a good night" and tall black guy with long stringy hair barked at me that they knew I was "stillin" I didn't even have a purse with me? I said stealing what!! And he couldn't answer me. I am disgusted.
When him and super old white hair smoker lady realized they were wrong ❌ I look over my shoulder at them giggling to each other behind the counter like children. Never apologized or acknowledged their false accusation.
I will not be back to this location ever.
I know theft is rising out there but assuming the worst of paying customers is part of the reason you're losing so many of them. This location is racist and you WILL be profiled ... hard pass! Skip this DG all together ⚠️ very uncomfortable experience

I wish they would mow their grass more than once every other month. I live next to this DG and I am kind of ashamed that it is at the entrance of my neighborhood. I shop here only when I need some kind of last minute food item for a dinner and I don’t want to drive down to a grocery store. A 3 min walk is more convenient. Otherwise, I tend to avoid this DG. The DG next to my work is much cleaner and they at least manage to mow their grass when it gets too tall. These guys tend to wait until the grass and wild flowers completely cover their sign before they mow. Ugh

I have been going to this Dollar General for many years. When I went to check out the girl wouldn't let me write a check, said they didn't take checks and never had. I said I'd always had written checks here. She refused to take it. To make a short story long. I will not be going back to this Dollar General for my purchases. I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.
