I frequent the Dollar Tree on South 7 Hwy in Blue Springs MO. There is an employee named Bre who is polite and always tidying up the aisles and organizing the shopping carts. It's so nice to see someone taking pride in their job and going the extra mile. It's hard for employers to find decent help anymore and when I get good customer service in a store I always let the manager know.

This store is THE worst they close before it’s even time to close. Sign says one thing and they close an hour or two before it’s suppose to. If I could give this store a no star I would. Highly disappointed

This place is great!!! But it’s goes out of stock really fast and me and my friends went there one day and one employee though me and my friends we’re stealing. Overall great place!!!

Stopped in while: in the area. Only the 2nd time here.▪︎Had to restroom there restroom. It looks like, I am old abandoned building, with spray paint stuff on the walls.▪︎Check-out had no one working, only self-check. So I rang myself paid, mind you I am handicap with a cane, severe back, so bending down to scan & bag my purschase aggravated my condition.I walked to the door & another customer held it open for me. Then I dropped my bad that had one glass item. It broke, I then went back in the store. (mind you I only had 2 steps out, still on the concrete).▪︎Had to wait for a manager, I explained my story, mind you I am in pain standing there waiting, then the manager said to go get another glass item. I advised she would need to go back a get one, due too I am in major pain, after self ck, then waiting. The manager had a employee go get me one. Very happy no issues there.▪︎The manager should have already been on the sales floor. Do want to give kudos to the young man (cashier) was very nice, (brown, waves hair). I appreciate his customer service.▪︎Beware last time here was 5 stars, this time 1 star. What happened in the past 5 weeks.▪︎Corporate office needs to step in, and take care of this restroom, it should never look like this.

This store made it very uncomfortable for me diy Christmas shopping, i guess they thought I would steal which is crazy. Who steals from the dollar store ? I ended up spending 50 bucks at the self checkout while the lady stood right in front of me lol I didn’t even get a thank you for coming in like everyone else did. Really took me out of the Christmas spirit

The employees are overwhelmed at times but they are polite and helpful. I find fun inexpensive stuff to use when learning to do a new technique.

Got glow sticks that don't work and they won't let me exchange them. Bad service don't go here.

The older cashier who was working the register was ringing up a lady with a shopping cart full of items. There were over 10 people waiting in line. I asked her if she could call someone else to a register, and she said the only other person was at lunch. There was another associate less than 20 feet away. I asked, "Could you call a manager to help check people out?" The associate was able to hear me, came over, and started checking people out. Come to find out she was the manager, and that other lady could have asked her at any time to help check people out, she just chose not to.

Had a heavy set woman, obviously capable of opening a second register, just walk into the office with 4 - 5 customers waiting to check out. Heaven forbid you work anymore than you think you should have to. Get it together.
