The Toyota corolla locks didn't work and the car was to small it had my knees hurting every time I got out of it.

I had to rent a car last minute, & the process went wonderfully. The online reservation was quick, I arrived early, & was given the car before my reservation. The staff was excellent on pick up & return. The car was wonderful, & I will definitely rent from this facility again! Thank you, Enterprise!!!!

I have tried to rent a vehicle multiple times at the Blue Springs, MO location and also the Lee’s Summit, MO location. Every time I make an online reservation they call 5-10 later and say they have no vehicles available until the next week. However, you drive past the locations and they have more vehicles than any other Enterprise. I have been a business member for over 20 years and this is unacceptable. I am going to move my business to another car rental company when I am in the Kansas City area.

This review is long overdue...I do some traveling for work and have been using this Enterprise location for almost 2 years, when I moved to Blue Springs. After my first few months of difficult communications and poor customer service, I had almost decided I'd just use another company. On what I expected to be my last rental, I met the new location manager, Dalya Moore. She impressed me, so I gave the location another try. And another. And then another.When I say this locations' customer service has been completely transformed, it's almost an understatement. I was responsible for customer service teams for over 25 years and I know how challenging it can be. Now every single person I deal with is unfailingly pleasant and professional. Dalya herself is one of the most customer-focused, professional, friendly and organized people one could hope to meet.I make every effort to rent from this location. Any problem, and there are very few, is immediately taken care of. Cars are maintained and clean. I'm billed the correct amount. In short, they are a pleasure to work with.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car and it's professional employees, went above and beyond their duties to ensure that I was well taken care of. They picked me up at the car repair facility and took me to their office to process my rental. I was short on the deposit money and they graciously waited until my bank was open and took me to the bank so that I could make the deposit for the car rental. They were not only professional but very patient with me. I will always use them to do business with in the future.Daniel DeLong

I talked to an associate to schedule a third row american vehicle. Durango was what I was supposed to get. Wrong. Got a Kia. Not big enough. Next day, after complaining I got a bigger foreign. Manager scolded me about a review...I'm a UAW Manufacturer, foreign cars are a huge issue. Manager told me it's TOO HARD to find an American car that size! Sad.

I've used this location a few times now and always had a great experience. I've always been helped by the manager Dalya. She is very professional and efficient, and very friendly. They always follow up to make sure everything went well. I recommend this location if you are in the blue springs area.

The representatives here are friendly, quick, and calm under pressure. Nick was awesome! My vehicle was great other than needing windshield washer fluid. But it was clean and smelled so nice like cherries. We traveled a lot, ate in it, and it still smelled like cherries when we returned it with no effort from us! Highly recommend

After an auto accident, I arranged to drop off my vehicle at a local collision center. Because we have three young boys, and were going to be down to one vehicle, our insurance company booked, and obtained a reservation at this location for the day that we were dropping off our vehicle. When we showed up to pick up our vehicle, we were lackadaisically told that there were no vehicles available, despite the fact that we had a Reservation Number. We were told that we could come back another day, even though I made it clear that our appointment to drop off our vehicle was scheduled for that day and that it was not possible for us to go without a second vehicle due to the fact that we have three young boys and due to work commitments. To no avail. This experience was absolutely inexcusable.
