I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who was at the front desk, but he is an absolute joy to work with. I had a tire that kept leaking air but I'm traveling 100 miles one way, twice a week, to take care of a family member in hospice. I had just gotten back into town after my 24-hour shift (I still work an FT job and have 3 young kids at home), and I was so tired but knew this needed to be taken care of. I was trying to explain that it was my passenger-side front tire and I kept saying driver-side, left....getting it all wrong. The gentleman at the desk never made me feel dumb, but VERY PATIENTLY helped me tell him what tire it was. I really appreciate the kindness and patience he showed when I was literally a complete mess. That kind of customer service earns customers for life and I sure hope Firestone knows how lucky they are to have someone like that being the face that handles customers.

Customer service was GREAT! They got my car in and done quickly even when very busy. Even helped me scrape the ice off of my car because I forgot my ice scraper ?. Anyway, I do not usually leave reviews but the customer service was just too good not too. Highly recommend!

Cost me several hundred dollars I didn’t need to spend…incorrectly told me (I )need to replace a part… so (I )did… several times $$$..They emphatically said was a bad part from retailer… at my insistence they replaced a part THEY installed a few months earlier… and that resolved my issues…sad.Service: Brake service & repair

Total Scammers. My headlight was out. I went to the parts store bought a headlight and took it in. I paid $85.00. I went home and my son said “ don’t ever go to Firestone, they’ll charge you more than double what everyone else will”. He was right. I called around. It was $30 tops. Also, they hoisted my car up and looked at under-Carraige. I just called and asked why.. nobody knows. My car does not require any disassembly of the bumper. These guys are in the business of making cash money on people who don’t know any better.

I’m an experienced professional in the automotive world, they happily ripped me off, so I guarantee they’ll do it to you too.Brought a truck in for a lifetime alignment. They didn’t pull it in till 40 minutes past my appointment time (pretty wild they were behind first thing in the morning, but maybe not since every employee was standing around smoking when I got there). They completed the alignment poorly. When I went to pay that’s when they decided they couldn’t do give me the lifetime alignment because it has aftermarket parts (ok, name one independent shop that only buys parts from dealers lol!)Then they up-charged to a heavy duty alignment on a light duty truck… one that has less adjustments then a mini van…Overall there customer service is the biggest issue. Don’t waste any time or money here.
