The customer service at this store is seriously lacking. The selection is limited compared to other stores. Why am I standing at the register watching an employee eat a sucker instead of ringing us up? Not sure where the manager is but these kids definitely need training or a parent. Store is a mess and employees don’t care. Will not be back. Lee’s summit is worth the drive for the nicer store.

We got all of the candy and stuff we need to fill stockings from Santa. Also a great place to get cheap toys for kids or for secret Santa and white elephant gifts. It is that time of year and they have great products for low prices.

Little heavy set blond girl 4/25 was extremely rude. I told her she was being rude and she just walked away without a word and got someone else. Sat in my car a minute after the fact and watched and all the employees were snickering about it after the fact. Store was a MESS everything out of stock and honestly, you should drug test the manager. #methedup

They don’t greet Black people. Soon as I walked in the door they didn’t speak. A white person came right behind me, they spoke immediately to them.
Lady acted like she was in a hurry to ring me up. Rude vibes won’t be back there.

This is my favorite location as they seem to have more than the Independence location. The layout of the store is also better and not so cluttered. Self checkouts are ehat they have here so if you have a issue or want to know a price (since they haven't been for a few years selling merchandise $5 and below)you have to ha e o e of the sales associates help you.
