“The best store to shop and even have a meal. Great selection, beautifully laid out, and very nice staff. I highly recommend Hy-Vee if you have never been. This is also the best place to get your meat and produce.”
“Am I the only one to get constant static shocks at this store? It seems unfair to knock a star for that but it is bizarre. It's not uncommon for me to shock myself in stores now and then, especially when it's very dry weather, but it will be over 50% humidity and the cart handle continually shocks me through the plastic cover.
Nm, I looked it up and it's something to do with flooring material because it happens to me no matter what type of shoes I wear. It's uncomfortable and very inconvenient.”
“The manager of this store is friendly and helpful. His staff is the same. The store is generally stocked and clean. It’s open when they say they are. Much better experience than the one on S 7 Hwy.”

“Hy-Vee, I'm torn. I'm giving 5 stars because overall, I'm really pleased with the quality of food, the pharmacy, the deli, and your grocery staff are just awesome! Where I'm torn is the self check out. I find that the employees don't really trust the customers to know what they are doing. Despite a lack of formal training video session, I can still ring up produce and regular purchases with ease. The problem comes if I slow down to get my app up on my phone, or if I'm slow to get my payment card out of my wallet. The self check out supervisor will be 2 inches from me asking all sorts of irrelevant questions. I'm fine with them stating one time: welcome to Hy-Vee, let me know if I can help! But the micromanaging needs to be curbed. Are you worried about me ringing up oranges instead of apples! Or are just fully assuming that I'm stealing from you? I get it! Times are hard, and you are watching the bottom line, but please understand that we as customers are not walking in to your store for the purpose of stealing! We are people just like you! We want to ring up our groceries and get home. I find the Blue Springs location is the worst for this!!! I actually avoid HyVee if at all possible. Another issue I have is the store layout right near the check stands. There's no room! There are tons of displays, stacked food items, and tables with cookies and other bakery items. Again, you might have a plan of all of this, but it makes it hard to get to a checkout lane!”

“Benn shopping at hy vee for some time now but got tired of their jacked up prices and the produce that should be thrown in the trash . Today at price chopper i got tomatoes that didnt squish in my hand I got cucumbers and carrots that were not limp I got fresh radishes and strawberries that were not so old they turned woody . This is our new store”

“I would like to comment on the new shopping charts. They have great new features like a cup and cell phone holders. With that being said not everyone is 6 foot tall. I am 4'11" and they hit me almost to my neck. If I had to lift a child into the seat there would be no way. I have other friends that are short like me and they feel the same way. Could you please get some little people carts?”
“I’ve loaded photos on line and from a drive in person and both processes were good. The Fuji paper they use seems good, and colors are solid. Most of all, the staff (Jon) is excellent, being friendly and helpful.”

The store is well-organized, and the aisles are wide enough to navigate comfortably, even during busy hours.”

“I like this new store. Its laid out like the one i'm used to when in Ft Worth and i find it easy to get around in. I'm pleased they seem to be carrying more organic items including chicken. Employees have always been friendly and helpful when i've had a question. The negative is when you want to pay with cash and the only open lane has a huge line of folks checking out. Would it hurt to temporarily open up another lane?”
