“Price Chopper's sales can't be beat, and meats, fish and produce are always FRESH! The stores are always clean, and the staff is personable. Self chedkouts are great for smaller shopping lists, but cashiers are available for those with full carts. Price Chopper also offers choice of plastic or paper bags (with handles)!”

The only minor thing that I have to complain about is that you are required to either pay or bring your own plastic bags to carry your items home. “My favorite grocery store in independence. Whenever I'm in town I always stop here. They have a great selection of beers and actually a great selection of everything. I love only going here to get everything. The best part is the employees and managers who go out of their way to help. I accidentally bought the wrong type of tea and brought it back to return. The people were so nice when I brought it back and gave me advice on some types I'd never tried. The stores where I'm from probably wouldn't even let me return it much less know something about their products.”

They have what I need 99% of the time; if they don't I usually knew it was a long shot going in.They always have something on sale that I decide I need for some reason or other.Example: It's a great place to get planters. Which isn't to say they carry a lot of planters. They do not. 50% off mug? Drill a hole in it: now it's a planter. Plastic basket? Add some holes: now it's a planter! Serving tray? Now it's a repotting tray. You get the point. Their lack of planters doesn't mean it's not a great place to get planters.Also, cheap Gatorade. Summer is coming. Stay hydrated.”

“Aldi prices are lower than the well established grocery stores around. If I can't find an item, the store team member will show me where to find it. No matter what store location, when there's only two check registers open they seem to get you in and out. I usually shop at Aldi unless there's something specific another store has that they don't.”
