“This is my preferred organic grocery store. They have a great selection of items and their prices tend to run lower (sometimes much lower) than Sprouts. Staff are also super friendly.”
“Really happy they got rid of self checkout. Also the employees here have been very helpful. My main complaint is that the company expects you to log in on your phone in order to do grocery pickup. I walked in and employees helped me anyway, and they were cool about it! I don't use most apps or buy anything through my phone, so Hy-Vee will be getting my business when I need pickup. They let me give a heads-up through a text or pull up where an employee is ready to help me.”

“Price Chopper's sales can't be beat, and meats, fish and produce are always FRESH! The stores are always clean, and the staff is personable. Self chedkouts are great for smaller shopping lists, but cashiers are available for those with full carts. Price Chopper also offers choice of plastic or paper bags (with handles)!”

“This store is super convenient for me when I I am out of certain things. On the weekends I definitely run into this store about 3 times a day so I spend a lot of money on each occasion. How you go about providing Customer service is definitely a deal breaker for me I will drive miles if I need to find better service. Everytime I visit Gwyn has always provided top tier service she is excellent at her job and tells a nice joke. Alan always says hello and if I need help finding something he is quick to help and take me to the item he has an impeccable work ethic. The store director helped with a specific situation and handled it promptly and professionally. The store could be cleaner and a better curb appeal the parking lot needs attention.”

“This is my go-to Dollar General because it's super close to my house. They have what I need 99% of the time; if they don't I usually knew it was a long shot going in.They always have something on sale that I decide I need for some reason or other.Example: It's a great place to get planters. Which isn't to say they carry a lot of planters. They do not. 50% off mug? Drill a hole in it: now it's a planter. Plastic basket? Add some holes: now it's a planter! Serving tray? Now it's a repotting tray. You get the point. Their lack of planters doesn't mean it's not a great place to get planters.Also, cheap Gatorade. Summer is coming. Stay hydrated.”

“This is a shout out to Joseph at the Independence location store #01014 on Bolger Road. On 12/17/2022 at 2:30 I was in line to check out. There were 2 different ladies that had some problems with their card for payment. Joseph needed a manager to finish the transaction. Under pressure with people waiting, Joseph remained calm and unshaken. He finished all transaction with ease and remained smiling. My turn came and he was friendly and professional. This young man deserves recognition for the great job he does.”
“The staff is nice, building is a bit run down could use some work it makes it look dirty . I would suggest closing for a few days repaint the walls , new flooring and new doors . They have good quality food . We shop here at least once a week for misc groceries we didnt get when we were out doing our main grocery shopping. The prices are great and comparable to the other local grocery stores .”
“Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have tacos for 1.25 each classic or crispy in a multitude of meat options. Also offered on these days are a variety of pupusas for 1.89 each. Very tasty and so cheap! I will definitely be back”

Anyways I found this curling Iron for 24.64$ .... Made me look only for it to be 46$ at the register. Tags are everywhere and everything when it comes to shopping. Anyways, hope we do better! “My favorite grocery store in independence. Whenever I'm in town I always stop here. They have a great selection of beers and actually a great selection of everything. I love only going here to get everything. The best part is the employees and managers who go out of their way to help. I accidentally bought the wrong type of tea and brought it back to return. The people were so nice when I brought it back and gave me advice on some types I'd never tried. The stores where I'm from probably wouldn't even let me return it much less know something about their products.”
“I love to come here. The cashiers are very personable and there's a handful of highschool/college kids that check and sack that are polite and nice. I think this store has a small town feel me even though it's in a busy part of the city.”
“It's a gas station and they had gas I needed it so I got it there. My lawn mower continued to work just fine so I guess it was okay. Just by coincidence the next day a car ran out of gas so it's working in there too and they also got some of it for free as I did not.”
