This company delivered all of the equipment I needed to be able to care for my grandfather in my home during his last week. Ordering the equipment was arranged by our hospice provider, but both the delivery and pick up drivers were extremely fast and incredibly respectful of both my home and the circumstances. Very friendly and caring. All the equipment was extremely clean and in working order, and it made that last week so much easier for everyone! Thank you for providing such a needed service with such great customer service!

I would put less than 1 star if I could. I spoke with your owner Debra Duncan because we service the insurance for the trucks with this company that are located in oklahoma. The way she spoke to me was unbelievably disrespectful, rude, and then she hung up on me. I called in to file a complaint- was put on hold for 20 minutes and told I would be transferred to another representative that can further assist only to have her pick the call up. Very smugly tell me there's no way to complain on her poor behavior because she is the owner, talked over me again and then hung up on me again. She is awful!!!!!!! This behavior deserves to be reported and every "owner" has someone to answer to. No one else deserves to be treated the way she treated myself and she is a horrible representation of your company.

I have worked for HMP for almost two years. The company was created 25 years ago with one goal in mind, to help take care of the most important person in YOUR life. We strive to meet this goal to the best of our ability. We also try to have the employees keep it in mind as they help run the day-to-day operations.If there are ever any customers who we have not helped to their complete satisfaction, we want to know so we can remedy our mistakes. We know that we are not perfect but will always strive to do our best!!! I have been in a variety of healthcare jobs for almost 20 years. This is the most indirect care that I have worked with, but the owners care more than most places I worked with direct care.The owners also care more about their employees than any other employer I have ever worked for. I am grateful to have found an employer that treats their employees like family.

On more than1 occasion, Hmp Dme has helped me hook up a friend, coworker and family with medical equipment. They are always willing to help by delivering ASAP and ordering custom orders when needed and keeping you in the loop on the status. I would recommend them over and over again. They are a family oriented business which I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating. Thanks for the caring service.

I have worked for this company for 24 years and wouldn’t change one moment. They have always been fair and been there for the employees.The owners always do what is needed to get a patient the equipment they need. They are 2 of the hardest workers at the company.They treat all of the employees like family and have done whatever they can to keep us alive during the pandemic.I love the company and am glad I’m apart of HMP DME.

This company has always been a family oriented business. They focus on the patients and family needs over anything. It may not always sit right with employees but the owners are always for the patients/families. They do the right thing to help the people in need.I’ve been around this business of nursing homes by going in with my job and have dealt with HMP DME and have never had any complaints. They are keeping their employees working during the pandemic, that says a lot in my eyes!!!I would trust them with helping taking care of my family members if needed.Glad a company like them are around!!!

I just wanted to share what working for HMP has been for me after 10 years. Just like any job, you have your ups and downs but HMP definitely has more ups than downs. The owners are the best bosses I have ever work with, I know this because I work hand in hand with one of the owners. They work hard for this company and not just sitting behind a desk. They will even clean equipment, run deliveries and whatever else needs to be done to make sure our clients are taken care of. I have learned so much working for this company and will recommend it anyone looking for a good solid job.

I'm up at 3am due to pain in both arthritic hands. Out of desperation I called Hmp Dme phone number and much to my surprise they answered. The young lady who answered was delightful and helpful. I'll be calling back at 8am for more help.

As far as using this place for your loved ones, your probably better going with another company. And as far as a job, This place has the worst management of any company around. There very two faced and and say they do things for good when they are very backwards. The drama at this place will make you feel like you're back in highschool and a lot of it is from there HR person, who does things for there own good even if it's not legal so going to HR is just putting a target on yourself. All in all this is a childish business and probably won't be around much longer for the better.

All of the drivers we got were super friendly. However, Abraham backed over our mailbox and pretended nothing had happened. A neighbor reposted it for us, but we're still having issues with it. And then it took 4 days after my father passed for them to come pick up the equipment.

This childish place will run you right back out. They spy on there employees and wait for them to make a mistake. Then actually bully people like children. And those people are the owners. They also want things done a certain way, but can not face people when doing this. They have there micro managers do it but the micro managers want to be in charge and do things behind the owners back. They also do horrible things under the table that would and probably will soon get this place cleaned out... Gone for good.
