In a word...Rachael Sanders. Her knowledge and customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. I've had H&R Block do my taxes for over 45 years now and I cannot even count the number of tax analyst I've had do my taxes. However, Rachael Sanders has by far been the most helpful.
