Stopped by at 5:05 P.M. and all the doors were locked. Sign said dine-in was open 24 hours. Nope. All locked up. A car from the drive thru stopped by my car and said no one would take his order. I knocked on the door and called the restaurant. No answer. There was one car in the lot, other than mine and the other customer's car.Parking: Lots of parking due to the store being locked up with no one able to order anything at all. No one should be parked for more than 60 seconds since that is how long it takes to figure out that there will be no service at this dismal establishment.

Seriously my wife told me this place was finally consistently open and took online orders so we thought we would give it another shot. They take online orders alright but they certainly weren’t open when we pulled in the parking lot. Now I need to find how to get a refund and it’s honestly pathetic. I don’t know what problem this location has in understanding that Jack in the box is a 24 hour restaurant. This has been a problem for a few years now. Randomly and regularly closed. If you are going to be closed at least turn off your online order for crying out loud.

March 2, 2024 @ 11:45 am and the all doors are locked. Saw several other people try to go in the establishment around the same time with doors still locked. Saw workers inside. Guess they didn’t want to work today.

We ordered online selected to pick up through drive through. Went through and they said ok pull to window then when we got to the window the person claimed they didn’t have our order then all of the sudden it supposedly appeared after already waiting 10 minutes. Then they told us to pull to the front and wait there we watched a lot of cars come and go while we were waiting so my husband went in where he was yelled at because the inside was closed but the doors were unlocked. Then when they finally came out with the food I asked the lady who claimed she was the manager why it took so long and she got a bad attitude and told us that she spit in our food. So yea I wouldn’t go to that location ever again and the food was cold when we got it

Haven't been here in over a year. Last time wasn't great. Tonight though happily to say my tacos were perfect.

Aside from their hours being wrong, I've had better food at other Jack in the Boxes. The drive-thru hours are definatly not 24hrs.

First off. I want to thank this location truly. Kole (manager) and Ms. Brenda are amazing. I’m a CDL driver and I driver from Memphis TN to Missouri for work. I’ll start by saying it’s late and my commercial truck didn’t permit me to go through the drive thru. They were so welcoming and helpful as this was my first time at Jack in the Box. They helped with options of what really good. FYI. That was almost everything on the menu. Lol. So patient as I decided what I wanted. Conversed with me while I waited for my food to be prepped. Super amazing. They honestly deserve a raise. Best customer service and so sweet. Thank you ladies!!!

Soda machine had no ice or drink options. Food was cold and took 30 minutes to get even though I ordered it through the ap. Store wasn't very clean. I will not be back.

Servers were nice and polite but my wife's order was messed up. I ordered a sourdough jack for myself but bread wasn't even toasted.

So slow. They literally spent 5 minutes trying to make change for a twenty.

I have been to Jack in the box 3 times since the 70’s. Sadly this location in my opinion identifies as the reason Jack In The Box nearly disappeared forever. It’s filthy all over. Broken equipment of all types. They are so slow at orders and they were barely busy. They just walked around the food and debris on the floor.Melancholy is my description of the employees. The guy giving us our food was so quiet I didn’t understand him hardly. It was the quietest running restaurant I’ve been to. No communication hardly between them. There was water All under the counter. Nearly every table was covered with food debris.Cigarette butts piled up just outside the front door. Trash running over onto the ground outside the dumpster. The cement walkways are grease laden.Windows had hand prints covering them and filthy greasy oily coating. The pop machine needed refilled and they said it needed to be. Yet nobody corrected it in 30 minutes we were there. Our food sucked. Spent about $50 and regret it.The fries were oversized potato sticks like I detested as a kid. The kind in the cardboard tube. There were chemicals in the bathroom accessible to kids. Spray bottles at that. Perfect fun for kids. There was about 30 pieces of toilet paper it looked like. Suck to be somebody soon. The toilet paper sits on the handrail. This is one of the worst locations of anything I have seen in years. If you want good Jack in the box go to the one on Noland Road. It was great.Let the pictures tell the story.
