Asked for my food fresh, a little over 3hrs before closing, they said no because the kitchen is closed! And were rude about it, WHY IS THE KITCHEN CLOSED MORE THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING?????

They messed up our order and over charged us and when we asked them at the window after we got our receipt they said they don’t do refunds and we are stuck paying for their mistake. I would understand maybe if we left and came back but this all happened at the drive through window. We will not be going back.

I placed a pick up order. I could tell right away when I got home the chicken was definitely old. And found a hair in it. I won't be going to that one anymore.

The food might have been prepared hot and fresh but I wouldn’t know because I had to drive ten minutes back to the restaurant because they forgot a fork and the sauce.

I ordered the 16pc meal. Spent 52 dollars. And the chicken hair hair in 2 pieces of chicken. Something in the Mac and cheese and it looked like someone stuck their finger in one of the biscuits. And the biscuit were completely smashed. I had called KFC Corporate and asked for a refund, they were extremely apologetic. And said that I would get refund, that the General Manager would be in contact with me. Then I had “Kayla” the manager call me. And she told me the best she could do is offer a new meal. There was hair in the chicken, and smashed biscuits. That loses the whole appetite for the whole store. I said, no thank you, I would like a refund. She then stated that there is a no refund policy. How is there a no refund policy with hair in chicken? That’s disgusting!!

My large family had the greatest experience at a KFC that I know of for at least 30 years.Steven whom is the manager was super polite and helpful and suggested their brownies. After ordering we went back and boy was he right about the quality! They were awesome!Nate whom is a manager in training helped us with our order and made sure everything was stellar. This guy stayed busy keeping their business ship shape! He has years of management experience that shines brightly like the clean surfaces in this KFC!Abbie took our order and she was so large family friendly. I enjoyed learning and sharing family details and just feeling cared for by her.This restaurant was so clean! I could tell that the employees are committed to their duties.It has new management all around and you can tell that the staff cares and the past experiences are behind them.This level of quality is unusual in this industry nowadays.I highly suggest supporting this establishment!!Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the swivel seats!

Will never be eating here again! Food was nasty chicken was very burnt and didn’t even taste like chicken. The one person I seen in the store stood behind a wall on her phone the whole time. Horrible costumer service and food.

Staff is rude when we asked for extra condiments they would not give us we had a coupon though it's expired by one day they wouldn't honor it and then because we already had the food charged us full price. Will not be going back

If it was possible to give a zero, I would give this KFC a zero. The customer service was absolutely horrible.Even my young son, when we left the restaurant, said he did not ever want to go there again. The food was what you would expect After it has been sitting, under a heat lamp, for a very long time. We've had KFC many times over the years. Normally we look forward to it. It may be some time before we choose to go to KFC again after this bad memory.

The chicken looks OLD like if was left over from last week.Never seen fried chicken like that, stay away.
