A good company to handle your rentals. So glad I don't have to manager them, I can live out of town and enjoy retirment. They keep you updated and take care of the repairs with good people. I’ve rented from Latta homes for 2 years. Any problems that I have had with the house that I rent have been repaired quickly. Anyone that I’ve dealt with from Latta have always been respectful towards me and my time. The maintenance people are easy to deal with and so are the employees at the office. I have no complaints.
