For the Blue Springs store, Independence store is the worst store I have ever been in the manager was very rude and lazy did not want to help me with my questions

Very helpful! We purchased our first pool this year and we were very lost and need lots of help. We had lots of questions and Ashley was/is so helpful to us. We couldn't have set our pool up without her.
