I recently had an oil change at Midas, and I was really impressed with the customer service provided by Sabrina. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the entire process, making sure I understood what was being done. The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend Midas, especially if you get Sabrina as your service representative!

Got stuck here in Blue Springs, and gave Midas a call, Stephan was nothing but nice and reassuring to us, very respectful, and super helpful! Got the truck done quicker than we could even call to make sure he had it from the tow company, he even offered to do an oil change while it was there! Best company and service experience we've ever had!

My s-10 was starting to get pretty wacky on the road. Called around to see who in the area could give me an alignment today and they were the only ones who could. My mechanic whose name I didn't catch did a good job. The truck drives straight now and the steering even feels a little tighter. $110 with a one year warranty. Pretty good deal considering it's an old truck and I may have to fix something on the front end and take it back to get aligned again.

The manager Stephan was the gentleman that quoted me, wasn’t pushy on trying to sell me anything extra, and went out of his way to give me a great deal on breaks and rotors. As long as he’s the manager here, I will be returning !
