I came in for safety inspection, failed it and Midwest did a great job for me with some repairs and a new set of tires that was priced really well. They did what they said they would and there was no surprises. Am excellent shop.

This is the only place I will take my vehicles for repairs. They do what they say they'll do and don't suddenly find bigger 'problems' which need fixed.
It's hard to find a repair shop you can trust but you can trust this one.

This was my first time going to Midwest auto and I had a great experience. They got my tires replaced and my alignment done in a timely manner. I will be going back for all my mechanic needs!

Since moving to Grain Valley area, my wife and I have been taking our three vehicles to Midwest and have had nothing but good things to say about their service. They always call and communicate the good and the bad news. Which is a plus for us so we understand what they are seeing and what fits our needs.

I had really good luck with them a few times. Then I had a check engine light on. Didn't go check it before I took my vehicle there. $1,800 mistake. I wanted to get that fixed, as well as do some suspession replacement at 100,000 miles. I had my shocks and struts replaced. It drove good for about a week. Now I swear it's worse. The check engine light was due to a problem with my fuel injectors I was told. I spent $1,800 to have them all replaced and my spark plugs as they are under the upper manifold also. So yeah as you probably guessed, the next day my check engine light was on again. So I went to the local auto parts store, scanned my van. Oh wow look it's a problem with the thermostat. I spent $330 somewhere else and haven't had a problem since. I really liked this place but now I won't be back. I was also told they would change my broken windshield washer nozzle. When i went to get my van, they had forgotten. I did it myself for $11 from the same local parts store. Did I mention they had my car a week longer then I was originally told.

Most helpful auto shop I have ever been to in my LIFE. I had the most inconvenient issue with my car and just happened to be close by to their shop and pulled up. They were able to help me and were so sweet.

Our car ac was not blowing cold air. I dropped off our car at Midwest Auto Services and they got to work to find the issue. They were very thorough on making sure nothing was leaking or not working correctly. They refilled the coolant and tested it. They resolved the issue very quickly . I greatly appreciate it so much. We are ready for summer. Thank You everyone at Midwest Auto Services!
UPDATE: Ac is back to blowing luke warm air.
My family are driving without cold air. I should have waited before I posted a review. ISSUE NOT RESOLVED

I visited Midwest Auto for the first time last week. I knew my battery was dead but wasn't sure about the alternator. Midwest Auto fit me in the next morning, replaced the battery, and tested the alternator. They informed me the alternator was just fine. I also asked them to inspect the brakes and they told me there was plenty of pad still left on the brakes. It would have been very easy for them to charge me for work I did not need, however, they were extremely honest and only repaired what was needed. I highly recommend Midwest Auto.
