Although my repairs were done correctly. I was quoted an estimated price, when I came to pick up my vechile the price was $500 higher and the man I had been working with was very dismissive and had someone else handle my paperwork and payment. Mechanic's were great but will not be returning.

We were very satisfied with Molle Chevrolet and especially our sales person, Frank Bivona. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and was not a high pressure salesperson. He took his time as we looked at various options and was extremely polite and respectful. We had visited several other Chevy Dealerships and Molle Chevrolet was, by far, the most courteous and professional dealership! Thanks for a great experience!

I scheduled an appointment which was very convenient because they asked me what time I preferred and seemed pretty open when it came to time and date. While the actual service was great (from what I can tell), the employees were not too friendly or welcoming. Upon arriving, I pulled up to the first service employee who was diligently typing away. I rolled my window down and was COMPLETELY ignored. I pulled up to the next service employee, once again completely ignored and lost in his computer. Last service employee, exactly like the other two employees. I sat in my car waiting for them to acknowledge I was there and tell me what I needed to do next. Nothing was said for about 2 minutes so I turned off my car and got out. I started walking to the waiting area (on purpose to be acknowledged) and was FINALLY stopped. The employee spoke to me like I was the problem when I was ignored by him and 2 other employees for some time. Also, snacks are to be paid for at this dealership???? The previous Chevy dealerships I have been to have never charged, and had more of a plethora and variety. So, while you are sitting there for 1,2,3 hours make sure you have cash.... LOL. The only credit I can give is that they got the service done relatively quick, preformed the service they were paid to do, and scheduled a time that was convenient. I am not sure why this dearlership is not welcoming and is forced to penny pinch. I think I will try a different Chevy dealership next time. :)

Absolutely horrible service department, rude service writers. And the manager enjoys taking vehicles out for joy rides. Zero communication with their customers, and no you do not have to drive to vehicle to test for fuel injector issues. They can be duty cycled without you needing to drive it, but let’s say this man did what he said, then why not drive it up and down the road instead of down the i-70 to grain valley? Give you one guess and it has nothing to do with repairing the vehicle!

Chris is ALWAYS the most friendly guy in the service department. If he sold cars, I would buy from him. He is the best! Hang on to him with both hands!My oil change and tire rotation were lightening fast. I had budgeted a lot more time in my Saturday but was so happy to get that time back.

I came in inquiring about my check engine light and an A/C recharge. The next day I get a call asking “how much money are you wanting to spend?” And a quote of $7k worth of items that need to be fixed. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was informed that there was “absolutely no way” my vehicle would pass inspection in the condition it is in. I then informed the worker that my car had just been to the lees summit Chevy dealership and had passed inspection less than a month ago. When I asked about one of the repairs and what the importance of the “vent” was, the employee said “I really have no idea.” So I have this employee telling me there is 7k worth of work needing to be done on my suburban but he has no idea why. Perhaps he could have said, “let me get a mechanic for you to speak with.”Nevertheless, between those two situations I have very little faith in the blue springs Chevy dealership. Quite disappointing.

Dishonest and careless service department. The technician carlessly left a tool that's now wedged in my new vehicle after performing recall work, who knows what else was damaged by the tool being left behind. I was lied to about no software updates being available for my radio to fix stability issues...a simple google search will show that an update is available. I was told oily soot leaking from a gasket on the EGR pipe is a normal operating characteristic as well as the rubber chunks embedded in the power steering pully from the drive belt. The rearview mirror display that reboots numerous times a day couldn't be duplicated even though I provided a video of it happening. The non-rythmic ticking from the engine that gets louder every day is also a normal operating characteristic.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Molle Chevrolet. The pricing and negotiation were straightforward, with none of this ridiculous add-on fees you see at other dealerships. We got the deal done in a matter of hours, and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Worked with Drew Lumpe and just took delivery of a 2023 Tahoe and I love it. It took a little time after ordering but that was due to pandemic shortages. Once the shortages were resolved GM pumped it out fast and the delivery and purchase process was awesome. Paid exactly what was quoted initially with no crazy add ons. My highest compliments to Drew, Molle Chevrolet, the Arlington assembly plant workers and the Tahoe designers.

Absolutely AMAZING service! I have never been happier to be at a dealership. We were only in town for a few days and needed a full check and brakes repaired. We also needed body shop work done on our tailgate (But we knew this would probably not be a top priority). We thought maybe we could get one of those things done while in town but this dealership made it ALL happen. It was such a blessing! Rob was so friendly and helpful and really pushed to get things done for us. Rob and his coworker (she was so sweet, but I cannot remember her name) even went above and beyond to help with a rental car so I didn't have to stay all day. I watched each and every team member speak to other customers with just as much care as they spoke to me. They were all nice, solved customers' problems, and really care. I cannot recommend this place enough.
