We followed Serena from PetSmart to Petco because she is Awesome!! She truly loves her pets she’s grooming. Her relationship to each animal is one where you would think they are her own. The love she has. Serena currently grooms all 3 of our dogs. Petco was amazing experience. Will be going back.

Emily is so helpful and makes my dog feel extremely comfortable! my dog could be scared to come in and still wag his tail when he gets into her arms. as a dog mom of a nervous pet it eases my mind knowing he will be okay and well behaved under her care!
