So we are absolute newbies to saltwater tanks, but have always wanted one. We went in to Petco and michael helped us, and let me tell you, this man was beyond knowledgeable about what we needed walked us through how to start. Walking around the store before he stumbled on us we were feeling overwhelmed. But here comes this hero! Our minds were just eased. Told us about sales, alternatives to spending an arm and a leg, for not knowing anything we practically just took a class. Thank you Michael!!!!!!!!!

Store has been completely rearranged and it's somewhat harder to find the cat food & paraphernalia. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Do not come here unless you want to be forcibly signed up for their Petco program just because it’s free your first month ($24.99 after first month)I was not given the option to say no and it took 15 minutes because they have no service in their store and she wanted me to go on my phone and do things And then my cart was moved out into the aisle so she could scan things and then forcibly moved by another customer because he was tired of waiting. Staff is very disorganized as is the store. They have too many products for how much shelving they have and it’s always a hassle to try and get their tiny carts through these little openings. I always dread coming to this location and avoid it if possible.

This place is Amazing!! I got my Kitten there through an adoption program and he's such a doll!! They have so many products for cats and kittens!! Dogs too;)) I'm really impressed with the variety of toys and treats!! Great job!! Thank you!!

Today my dog got a bath by Jeni. My dog isn’t aggressive but is definitely a difficult one to bathe. She is scared of water and pulls away. I was concerned because Jeni is petite and was alone. Jeni not only gave my dog the best bath she’s ever had but had plenty of kind words and advice to give despite my dog not being easy. She was patient and kind with my dog. So many times we get turned away due to my dogs anxiety but Jeni rocked it. Now my dog Collette has a new favorite person, we will be going back solely for Jeni.

I attend the weekly puppy training class taught by Ashley. I look forward to these classes as much as if not more than my dog Piper. Ashley keeps the class fun, and our dogs learn a lot as her training methods set our pups up for success!

Went in today @ 2:30 on 10-21-24 to purchase a new dog bed, toys, and some medicated dog food x 12 cans of science diet, and was denied sale after showing our prescription form from the veterinary office, and would be forced to sign up with the “vetco” service and was told that’s only way to purchase the medicated dog food, as we didn’t have any issues less than a month ago. Was “Helped by Ashley” and we checked out our other items, the clerk was clearly mumbling rude and condescending comments on our way out the store, as we wouldn’t hear.
Still haven’t had any problems at any other store in the United States until today. Very disappointed on the service and the handling of the situation

Went in 2 days in a row at 5pm for walk-in grooming services because grooming closes at 6pm. TWICE they had no groomer on staff because they left early. Either update the hours of operation sign, have a sign alerting customers there was no groomer on staff, or have the groomers work their posted hours.

Have no clue to what has happened at Petco. The nice groomer gone. And what this girl was wearing I wouldn't trust with my dog. No employees except cashier who knew nothing. Spent money remodeling with no service. Can't win at this location. What a shame.
