This is the second time that this company has done this . They had tools advertised that if the tool in purchased then you got a free battery with it. We get the item and battery, go to check out the battery isn't ringing up so they get a manager the manager goes and looks at the product and instead of honoring it, he got the product rep who then claimed that a customer moved the free battery tag. They tried to still charge us for the "free" tool. This is highly unprofessional and fraud. So don't shop at home depot in Blue Springs Mo. Zero stars

They need to keep the loading area for loading. They allow people to park there and go shop. It's very annoying.

Absolutely horrible experience with this store. My family will not spend another dime in any home depot because of our experience.

My husband bought me a really cool tool bench at Home Depot for our anniversary and my plan was to turn it into my new island in my kitchen. This thing is heavy! Its 6ft long. Home Depot he!ped load it in our truck and we got it home and inside. When we went to roll it into the kitchen one of the casters collapsed. When I examined it I realized that when home depot assembled it they had not tightened down any of the nuts holding the casters on the frame. The weld had snapped. Bill called home depot right away and explained what had happened and that we didn't have our help and there was no way the two us could get it back in the truck and bring it back. they do deliver so he asked if they would come pick.it up and redeliver another one. The manager said sure. He asked Bill to comeback up with receipt and they would make arrangements. Couple days go by and no one calls us.... Bill called them and they said delivery truck was in the shop. Bill said if they sent their guys out that they could load in our truck and we would drive it over, reload with replacement and then their guys could unload it. Mind you we only live about 2 miles from the store. Manager said great! We will do it Wednesday. No one called today... Bill called back... 6 managers and a call to corporate and the new answer is No. We can't do that. My husband is an organ transplant patient and he can't begin to load this up. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Horrible customer service! This is why people order online and stop shopping at the local stores. Just order it delivered...grrrrr. I'm going to have to pay a couple of men to come load it in My truck and when we get to Home Depot I'm going to make them unload it. As much as I love this rolling bench... I think I'm just going to get our money back

Home Depot has ALWAYS been INSANELY helpful at ANY location! Love their customer service attitude!

The only thing I hate about this place is the customer service. If you are not going to stock the shelves so I can get it myself then at least when you are called to come get something for a customer you should show up. I was here for three things, all of which the app said there was plenty in stock. For two of them, the shelf was empty and I could see both products on a top shelf. Had to go to customer service to get help and she called but no one showed up to either place. I understand my little 100 bucks on this trip doesn't mean much to them, but I've spent thousands in this place over the years. When I said something to the people checking me out (the one item I did get) they just shrugged and said sometimes those associates are hard to find. If they did better there it would be 5 stars!

Don't ever order appliances at this store! I purchased a refrigerator and the sales associate told me not to waste money on the disposal fee to get rid of our old fridge. She said try the local swap and shop and if that doesn't work we can just call the store and add the disposal service later. Well the swap and shop only works if someone is interested in taking something off your hands. Nobody was interested in our old fridge and it was getting close to our delivery day

Well the swap and shop only works if someone is interested in taking something off your hands. Nobody was interested in our old fridge and it was getting close to our delivery day so I called the store to add the disposal service. The customer service person simply laughed and said they'd have to cancel my order and re-order which would delay delivery by several weeks. We'd already been waiting a month so instead I hired a junk removal company which cost significantly more than the Home Depot disposal fee. Anyway they delivered the new fridge the next day (late) and lo and behold it was so damaged it wouldn't even work when plugged in. I had the delivery guys take it back and they said it would be a week before they could find a replacement. So now we're going a week without a fridge which is a huge headache. Sloppy, sloppy work by Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money to Lowes or Menards instead.

received a hanging floral pot on my doorstep from HD. the box was beaten, the soil was partially dumped, the plant was broken and busted. It was to be a Mother's day gift from my daughter in FL. I cringed as I thought of showing the pictures I took to her. I headed to this location, hoping to get an immediate replacement. sounds easy, right? wrong. 1/2 hour later, two employees and a managerial decision had credited my daughters card and sent me home empty handed. I went to Westlakes and bought 2 New Guinea orange impatiens compliments of a regifting from my daughter. customer service from the Management needs to be upgraded. it might be easier to replace the manager. no apology...barely any dialog.

I can't believe the treatment I received at this place. I tried to return some product that I spent several hundred dollars on, I had my receipt, the credit card I used to purchase and was interrogated like a criminal so badly in front of other customers I left the store. I came back with my contractor who was the "correct shade" and they rolled out the RED carpet! He returned all of it No receipt! No Credit card! They even gave him cash! I will not return to this store and will make sure to tell everyone I come in contact with. My contractor was in such dismay and embarrassment that he apologized over and over again. I told him, see the Privilege at work! BLM.

This place is extremely disorganized. They have skids of returns and stock blocking the aisle all over the back sections. This makes it difficult to load materials on my carts. Gave them the benefit of doubt thinking they were preparing to stock shelves but came back 2 days later and same skids were still blocking the aisles again. The managers for these sections are doing a terrible job managing this area and keeping everything organized.

This establishment is a literal joke. First of all, I was there at 6:30 on a Tuesday night. There were MAYBE three other customers in the ENTIRE store. I waited at the radial arm saw for almost an HOUR before anyone could be bothered to come help me. I asked a cashier several times and even called the store manager and no one could provide me with any help. Save yourself some time and sanity, just go to Lowe's.

Purchased a glass door and had it installed from Home Depot, after about a month of it being on my house it caused damage to my exterior door. Home Depot said it is my fault for not knowing the 2 doors should not have been used together, the Manager at Home Depot "Phil" did not know they could not be installed and he runs the installs on homes. Buyer beware from them, I will move all my business to Menards for now on. Also tried working with them on this for 3 months as they are terrible with follow up.
