The nurse / technician that assisted me was awesome! Friendly, timely, engaging, etc. - great customer service. She also had a great touch when drawing the blood - NO PAIN. She was efficient and pleasant. Good way to start the morning off.

Phone system sucks with no option for representative. No communication, no human beings around to help. You get Stuck in a box, shoulder to shoulder eith death sounding people and you ZERO support. They made me reschedule for beign 5 minutes late. Didnt know this until an hour of sitting with no help and no one to ask. I will actively avoid quest for any of my services. Good thing you get forced here without knowledge or choice or they'd be out of business.

You guys need to update your schedule on here, I made and appointment online for today and just to get up there and you guys are closed on Saturdays. I don't know how the website gave me an appointment time if you all are closed.

Had to get some blood work done every 30 days for a few months, never had an issue with booking an appointment online or viewing the results/faxing/printing them all through their website. People were always kind. Wait times, on occasion, were pretty long (seemingly for no reason), only reason I knocked a star off. But, all in all, a decent establishment.
