A kind soul named Charly helped me find an item I had been searching for for awhile. I didn’t even ask her, she heard me talking to my boyfriend about it and offered me help!
That’s not happened at a QuikTrip before, however this one is usually full of kind people! :)

Employees are very efficient and prompt. Great food like pizza, BBQ sandwich, doughnuts, and all kitchen made items. Reasonable prices for food there.

Last night on 12.17.23 my kids and I went I to quick trip at 7 p.m. and we're holding a puppy dog in my sons arms, the male employee approached my son after we had been in there for atleast 10 minutes and he watched us walk in with the dog and asked if the dog was a service animal, keep in mind store was empty, dog was not on the floor, not touching anything, we were not disturbing anything there just there to make sure we had an easy morning. I have been going to this quicktrip.since it first opened and I bring my dog in almost every other time and no one has said anything and nothing, but since he may have gotten a random hair of authority issues, he told me I was not allowed to have my dog in there after asking my 10 year old son if the dog was a service dog because it isn't a gas station it's a food establishment per his words and that the dog had to go. So being a single mom I'm supposed to send my 10 year old outside or leave my dog outside in the cold so I can get things we need. He was perfectly fine with me taking my business else where and I have never been treated so poorly from an employee at quick trip. He made my son spiral out of control because he thought he had done something wrong and I had to spend the next 1.5 hours calming him down. So to whomever you were thank you and I will be taking my business elsewhere and making sure anyone who asks me in town that I let them know how your employees talk to customers and their children.
