Manager and 1 other employee standing on phones in the changing room area while 1 cashier struggles with over a dozen in line with full carts to check out . Asked manager to check people out and get an attitude. Myself and 4 others left items and left the store without purchases. Horrible work ethics and attitudes

Ross has been one of my favorite stores for years, but the manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. She speaks to customers in a very deamening way and honestly it's just gross and very offputting. Shame on you for treating your customers so poorly.

I love Ross, but the manager at the Blue Springs location is incredibly unprofessional and rude to customers. The way she speaks to customers is deamening and disgusting. I understand that everyone is short staffed right now, and that good help is hard to find, etc... but there really isn't any excuse for someone working retail, particularly a manager, to act and speak to customers the way she does. I will gladly drive to another Ross, if that's what I have to do, to get met with some integrity and self control.

I walked out and left a basket full. 8 people in line only one very slow checker. No other employees any where except in back for trying on clothes. People could have walked with items for free.
