The employees were very unhelpful and acted as if we were bugging them by asking questions, even the gentleman in front of us was annoyed at their attitudes. Not sure we will go back to the Blue Springs location again or even buy the paint from them if they are annoyed when customers as questions

They are horrible, so slow with anything they do don’t want to sell more than a gallon at a time at this store. I have multiple homes near here but would rather drive to emporia KS, Rather than go here

The staff is not interested in helping homeowners. They seem to cater to professional painters. No one says hello or offers to help. Snarky responses when I ask questions. Sorry I am not a professional painter. To the two younger employees that wear masks are useless. The Lee’s Summit store is much more helpful and professional.

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with and I deal with Sherwin Williams everyday the employees don't care they are so slow take forever to do one single thing oh and I'm not even sure why they have a phone when I have been calling for 2 days and they just don't answer THE WORST STORE EVER I will avoid at all costs

Ive been in the store as a buyer 3 times now as a newbie i got distracted looking around while paint was mixing and wasnt aware it was already done and guy behind counter seemed a little annoyed felt a lot rushed out of there one time. Besides that they are top notch on everything else, knowledge, quick to get your order ready and excellent quality paints and supplies. Prices are high unless you have an account though. But hey its Sherwin Williams not Home Depot... prob will go here from now on seeing the difference.
