A few months ago we bought a new bed. King sized with full divide, both sides completely independently adjustable with foot warmer. We were so impressed with Mike we returned to see him when we decided to go back for some new pillows. Again he was just as helpful and the choice of pillows will amaze you. They have 100 nights to try and return if they are not right. Win Win!

Visited the Blue Springs MO store on Thursday May 22. My last Sleep Number bed I purchased was in 1998. So I was very much needing an updated version. I had gotten several emails and had been reading about the new beds on line. I have had numerous surgeries in the last few years. I’ve had my right knee replaced, three discs in my back put back into my spine with two rods, eight screws and a mesh net. Last surgery was my right shoulder was replaced and the tendon and bicep reattached. I also like a very cool bed at night. My salesman Sean was very knowledgeable. I explained all my needs. And I’m very excited to get my new bed next month on June 9th. Once you have a Sleep Number bed, you will never want anything else.

My experience with the blue Springs Sleep Number was second to none- Sean And the rest of the staff were more than helpful. We love our bed. It was a big financial investment.. The sheets that we purchased had a defect and they happily replaced them for free without Question or hassle. I would refer Sleep Number and specifically this location to absolutely anyone-If you’re considering a Sleep Number, they make it very easy and comfortable and not weird or awkward to go in and try out their different options. 10 out of 10 . Even after our purchase, I called the store to inquire about bed frames that would fit our adjustable base and Sean went out of his way to explain the exact dimensions and what would and wouldn’t work; including pictures and suggestions. In summary, just the best customer service around plus the best product.

Mostly very good. I love the air bladder in your mattresses. I hated your grossly overpriced bed frames, but with the help of Sean we came up with a comprimise. I ordered all of your bedset execept for the bed frame. I saved over $500 by ordering the bed frame from Mattress Firm.

Mike gave me a lot and some of the best information that I’ve gotten at a sleep number store I was very impressed and this will be my first smart bed I’m very excited and very happy with my service that he provided. Just avoid this place otherwise they will happen to open a finance account and credit card for you. I never asked nor was told that giving them any information would create this account. Feels like a scam and I’ll sleep on a dirt floor before giving this company money now.

My mother and son were needing new mattresses. I have purchased beds before from Mattress Firm and have always had good luck with the service and quality of the bed.
Our salesman, Justin, went above and beyond to help us with selections and prices. The delivery team was also amazing! Polite, friendly and quick.
I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm!

Such a great experience. I have bad lower back pain from a slipped disc. They were able to identify my high pressure area and find me the perfect bed to alleviate my pain. I’ve been sleeping better than I had in 10 years. They listened, cared, and found me the perfect solution within my budget. Thank you Sleep Number Blue Springs!

I absolutely hate that I am writing this review…… However, I feel as though people should be aware of my experience. For a person that has been in retail sales for 26yrs, the 2 worst things you can do is lie, or over promise and under deliver. Perhaps it’s a training situation? Thats my hope at least…… My wife and I were super excited to get this bed. We went into the store and decided on the i8, my wife loved the option to raise and lower the head and the feet so we had to get the base as well. I asked every possible question, I wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We bought pillows, cooling covers for the pillows, sheets and all the “extra” items that we could. The only issue I saw, was the fact that we have a bedroom set that we really love and is only a few months old. I asked, what our options were and I was told that it is done all the time with existing bed frames. All I would need to do, was remove 2 drawers that were on the frame. NOT the case!!!! I felt awful for the installers, they showed up and looked at the space and immediately looked defeated. I asked them what the issue was, they informed me that “this happens almost everytime”. Apparently the installers, often have to have uncomfortable conversations with customers (not their job or problem, in my opinion), regarding the sales people, selling beds and assuring customers that what they have will work, all for them to show up and try and reconstruct furniture. These installers were the only bright part of this experience, they spent close to 2hrs reconstructing my existing bed frame, so everything would work. My frustration comes from, asking NUMEROUS questions at the time of the sale, DO I NEED TO BUY A DIFFERENT BED FRAME, repeatedly I was told no. Moral of the story, after paying $10,300 for a bed, we required the use of a sledgehammer and a demolition saw to be all done. If anyone needs any firewood, I have a pile of wood in my garage.

I really want to give a better review but, my experience at this place was not great. First time in was ok, bought a bed and frame. Thats about where the good experience ended. 2 weeks later when the bed was delivered, some of the plastic pieces on it were broken. Now this wasnt a huge deal as they assured me that there would be another delivery date with a new piece. So I had to clear another day and wait on them to arrive with the new piece. Again not a huge deal. Then I went back up to the store to order the brackets needed to attach my headboard to the frame. Of course they dont keep them in the store so they had to order them. Upon arrival, the brackets were the wrong ones. So, I had to go back up to the store and exchange them. Upon arrival to the store, i was told that they did not do exchanges in the store and that I had to return the brackets myself thru UPS even though THEY ordered the wrong brackets. They did email me a UPS label to return it so I guess at least thats something,but I still have to print it out myself and take it to UPS. Also i was informed the brackets I needed were 9 dollars more than what I had already paid. They did not offer me any compensation for my time. NOTHING. Just be aware that the my experience with customer service after the sale was very unpleasant and I would not buy another bed from them again, or recommend them to anyone.
