One staff member explained in detail what was in each edible, suggesting to start slow. Another staff member was absolutely amazing, making customers feel welcome and taking the time to really understand what they were looking for. Their knowledge of the products is top-notch, with great recommendations that worked perfectly. The best veteran discount in the KC area is also offered. However, the new method of having someone bring out products from the back is very slow, wasting lots of time. Additionally, the loyalty system has issues, as the online system has glitched, causing customers to lose their points.
