Sam is the only one we dealt with that has any kind of professionalism. Selena and the lip ring girl have zero customer service skills. Wishing I would have stayed with Cricket after the ordeal we went through the other day.

I've had a pretty bad sudden issue with my A52. Freddy took the time to look up promos that I could take part in so I wouldn't have to spend an arm and a leg in a new phone. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation talk to Freddy. He's got your back in this. Thanks, Freddy!

Worst customer service I've ever received. As family whose paying for 6 lines of service with all the add ons, they didn't seem to care to lose my business.And after reading all the reviews, it seems corporate really should look into these employees. Even the manager lacked customer service skills. How and when to apologize, how to ask clarifying questions, when to escalate with upper management, paying attention to how many people are in line and assisting people in order would be all good areas to start.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everything about this store and company is terrible. Staff doesn’t know what services are offered. Staff provided and installed the wrong SIM card for the device. Staff at the location does not answer the phone. Even though he answered the phone while I was in front of him, making me wait longer. After 4 days and countless calls to customer service, I was finally told that my phone wouldn’t be supported by their service.I will not be back to the location or the company. Very dissatisfied, I expected much more from a “reputable” company.

went in for a transfer for a device switch out.. very easy and the young lady that helped me was awesome!! she was calm well versed and nice.. great spot
