We have worked with Christina, Steve and their crew since 2014, when we bought a house in Blue Springs. Recently, we purchased a rental house. Christina and Eva made all the steps of the process in buying the rental stress free and everything has run smoothly. They were always available for our many questions we had during the buying process, as well as give honest opinions about several homes we looked at. We appreciate their professionalism and will continue to call them for all realty needs in the future!

I recently had an experience with with sage Door Realty that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I was initially excited to work with them due to their reputation, but several issues arose during my home buying process. Firstly, communication was a significant problem; my emails and calls often went unanswered for days, and not ever answered leaving me in the dark about important updates. Secondly, the agent Caleb Brown assigned to me seemed to lack the necessary knowledge about the local housing market, which led to missed opportunities and a prolonged search.While I understand that buying a home can be a complex and time-consuming process, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism from Sage Door Realty. It’s disappointing to have had such a frustrating experience, and I hope that this feedback can be used to improve their services for future clients. I would advise potential clients to ensure clear communication channels and expectations are established from the start when working with this company. This company need much better costumer service and focus on providing value instead of focused on commissions.

I continue to receive marketing calls from christina, about selling my home previously. I have never had my current home for sale or offered to with anyone. I've blocked the number several times and now she continues to call from a private marked number. STOP.

It was a pleasure working with Caleb and his team. I am an out-of-state investor who was looking to purchase my first investment property in the Kansas City market and Caleb made that happen!I was expecting the process of purchasing a property that I’d never physically see to be overwhelming, however, it was quite painless.Instead of setting me up on an MLS drip as most agents do, Caleb sent me a handful of properties every few days, that he already analyzed and determined would cash flow positively.Once I identified a property that I was interested in, Caleb visited the property before we put in an offer and he sent me multiple videos of every corner of the property.Additionally, he introduced me to a property management company that was able to tell me approximately what each property I was considering purchasing would rent for. This was reinforcing for me to know that before I even placed an offer, my investment would positively cash flow.Caleb and his team are very thorough and super knowledgeable of the Kansas City market. I will be using Caleb again when it comes time for me to purchase my next property.

The Brown Team helped us buy our home in 2017. It was our first time buying a home and we could not have chosen a better team. They were kind, patient and taught us so much. From the person showing us homes to the lender, everyone really worked with our schedule, I worked nights at the time and they were always available. Since then we have referred friends who have had a great experience. The team has invited us to several events including free movies at the theater and trunk or treat. They really are great people.
